The building is well-maintained, and any issues are resolved quickly. Excellent building, its location: 5 minutes to Dubai Harbor, from where you can go on a yacht cruise. The free public beach of JBR is a 20-minute walk away, you can also get there by tram, and there are beach clubs even closer, which are even less walking distance away. By the way, across the street is the mina seyahi tram station, 3 minutes on foot, 15 minutes on foot to the nearest metro stations, 7 minutes on foot to Dubai Marina. Nearby there are all the necessary shops: spines, Carrefour. As for the building, at first, after reading all the reviews, they pushed me away, but in fact none of them were confirmed - the building management promptly responds to all requests and meets them halfway, there is also friendly security and a facetime entrance downstairs - this is the security system for a couple of buildings on Dubai Marina, because the management company has changed I immediately renovated the reception, gym, and swimming pool. The building has 76 floors, but there are no problems with elevators, as there are 9 of them and they are all fast. Thus, Sulafa Tower is a great place to live in Dubai!
