I took my dog to this salon for three years. I signed up the dog for a haircut. And I expected them to at least sympathize with the fact that the dog (their regular customer) got sick. But in the end, an unfriendly female voice on the phone began to complain to me (the client). The girl said that customers usually pay when canceling, because they kept the place and refused other customers. She also said that now, at any next appointment, we will be recorded only with an advance payment. So much for the love of animals and their owners. By the way, a few visits ago my dog had a claw cut and it didn't stop bleeding for a long time. And then, too, there was no sympathy from the staff and they didn't even apologize. That's how they lose customers. Probably for the best
