The masters are good, but every time there is no color of the varnish that I want, there is in the catalog but not in stock. The receptionist girl looks up from high as if she's a superstar there and I'm the tech staff. The look infuriates her. Only because of the craftsmen and the fact that the instruments are sterilized 4 stars.
