The price is about 100 cu. the product was sold at a discount and the staff and administration clearly knew about the defect) they found it only at home. They returned it the next day. They sent me some kind of leather conclusion of an internal examination that the IP officer, to whom the IP is registered, the storekeeper of the store and someone else concluded that the product is of high quality :)) and it is non-refundable. AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL:) they offer to exchange the product:))) for the same. An independent examination costs 500 rubles. I have a very clear idea of this system and understand it perfectly, because I have repeatedly encountered such unscrupulous offices. If you want to save your personal time and nerves, avoid it.
