If you want to settle in Dubai and not pay a lot of money, as in Dubai Marina, then this is a great option. The food is very varied, you can always find something new, the staff is very helpful. Upon check-in, you need to pay the city tax of 20 dirhams per day, the rate at the hotel is not profitable 3.45, when the exchange rate is 3.65. There is transport at 9.30 there and 14.00 back at sea (they take you to the kite beach, travel time from 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic jams). There is no private beach club. Towels are provided on the beach without a deposit, sun beds and umbrellas are paid 120 dirhams per person, there are a bunch of palm trees where you can sit in the shade and for free. There are showers, changing rooms and a free water dispenser on the beach. There is a huge shopping center next to the hotel, where everything is available. The metro and bus station are also very close, there is no problem getting to any point.

We stayed at this hotel in March 2024. We chose it because of the proximity of the metro, shopping center, and most importantly in March there was a transfer to the beach club. We arrived not much earlier than the check-in hour, asked for an additional payment, we refused, decided to wait. The room, as we understood it, was family, but divided or separated by a door into two standards. The door is locked, and no one lived in the second half. Everything in the room is comfortable and comfortable, the only lighting is too dim. The breakfasts are good. We liked the pools, and after the beach we often visited the Jacuzzi. The transfer to riva beach was booked in advance, very convenient and comfortable. It's a pity that they don't take you there anymore((( At the early check-out, we ordered snack boxes, thanks for the coffee shops and croissants, fruits were welcome. Thank you to the hotel.

We visited this hotel in May 2024. The location of the hotel is good, near the shopping center where there is everything necessary and unnecessary. The rooms were cleaned every day. There is not enough light in the room itself, it always seems to be muted because there is no ceiling lighting. This is not a minus or a plus, it was fine for us. There was a lot of food and enough, one evening there was no meat for dinner alone and the dinner itself was meager. We checked in strictly at 15:00. The room is quiet, you can't hear the neighbors. Our room had both a shower and a bathtub in different rooms. Every day there is a transfer to a gorgeous beach, but you need to sign up and the earlier the better, there may not be places for the desired time. And it is better to ask to check the recording more than once, they may forget to record it. The staff helped to solve a personal issue, for which I also thank you.

The hotel has deteriorated... We celebrated the New Year 4 times in this hotel. On our last visit, from 30.12.2023 to 10.01.2024, it became very bad. Mustafa no longer treats guests with coffee and dates. The reception staff are all Indians who speak English really poorly. Due to the erroneous cancellation of the booking at the Booking, we overpaid the cost of the stay to the hotel, because the prices on the hotel's website are higher. When I addressed this question to the only Russian-speaking employee of the hotel, the head of Maya Kukava, she offered me a free New Year's dinner as compensation. At dinner, the child and I stayed for an hour and a half, because I felt sick... At our departure from the hotel, we were still included in the price of the New Year's dinner debt. Kukawa was not at the hotel then and it was useless to find out anything... Even the Indian reception staff was surprised by this. I completely agree with Anastasia Shevchuk's review. We will not come to this hotel again. There are many hotels in Dubai of a similar price category and even cheaper with their own beach. Tip: book hotels on Booking or other sites - pay much cheaper. The hotel disappointed us greatly.

I don't know who publishes such colorful positive reviews, the hotel is shabby, a lot of things are already in need of repair, buses go to the beach 2 times a day at 10 am and 11:30, back at 14 and 16 o'clock. I need to make an appointment today for tomorrow, I had an early arrival, but I did not get to the beach because I was not recorded yesterday. i.e. minus one from a vacation from the sea. The next day, the answer was the following: there are no seats on the bus, if you want to go, order a taxi, of course at your own expense, 40-50 dirhams, i.e. 1-1.5 thousand rubles . There are no declared Russian-speaking staff, only English, most of them with a strong accent. there is no private territory, during our vacation I went for 7 days, the terrace was closed for 5 of them, for what reason is unknown. An additional joy is an all-inclusive hotel stay. there was a feeling that tourists from Russia, in principle, are not very popular. Approaching the bar at the pool, the following answer was received: no coffee, no freshly squeezed juice - because there is no fruit, no milkshake because there is no ice cream. After ordering a non-alcoholic pinocolade, I received it about 40 minutes later with a wonderful piece of fresh pineapple (which for some reason was not there when I ordered the juice). Any order within the all-inclusive framework needs to wait for 40 minutes-an hour and when you come to clarify where the order is, they ask you to repeat it and say that you wait another 40 minutes. A separate joy from ordering coffee)))) they brought it to me in a paper cup, to the tourists from Germany sitting next to me in a glass glass, with water on a stand. Excellent desserts, I won't say anything here, the fish is also delicious. The rooms are cleaned well, there is enough water, and more is brought on request. But I will not go to this hotel anymore, it does not match the price and quality at all, also all the all-inclusive service ends at 11 p.m.... .. This station and the shopping center are the headquarters of the Hindus. They're everywhere. At night, if you walk from the subway, the concentration of these people is huge. There are dozens of taxis, buses, and a parking lot for heavy trucks. I spend the night at this hotel, all in the dark, like an abandoned building. We were lucky enough to get a view from the hotel windows to the roof of the Ibn Batuta shopping center, which is much better than looking at the other side, where there is a highway, an open subway, power plants and industrial enterprises located on the coast. There is no bay in the approximate vicinity of the hotel, so it is better not to count on anything except the pool. The food is disgusting. You can't even drink coffee from a coffee machine. No one is watching them, they will not work for most of the breakfast. Coffee is no longer allowed at lunch or dinner. If you're lucky, there's a chance you'll find boiling water in the teapots. The food selection is mediocre. Rice and chicken are present. There's a lot of tension with the rest. There are fresh tomatoes, but there are problems with cucumbers, they only serve skins. You can lie down, in theory, more comfortably than on the tile (one woman had to throw a towel and her bones on the tile, because there were no other options), you can also sit on a table and an armchair near the bar, we had to do this once. The rest of the time, the only option is to run out before 10 a.m., throw towels and your belongings on them, imitating your presence, otherwise the Indian who is watching will take the towel away and put others on the sunbed. In the evening, the hotel opens its doors to everyone and locals rush into it for an impromptu food court. They cook right in the big hall of the hotel. The stink is on all 10 floors of their local dishes. You will have to smell accordingly. Depending on the location (shawarma or cheburek). Heartburn will accompany you all the time, there is nowhere without it. It's good that they give you some water, but they ask for the number, otherwise you won't drink too much. There are no Russian-speaking managers in the hotel, as stated. In general, everything is fine, the location is close to the Ibn Battuta shopping center, you can eat at food courts and restaurants (who has breakfast). But, the hotel is very far from the beach, you can not walk, the hotel does not have its own territory, there is nowhere to walk, unless in the parking lot of the Ibn Mall. From the hotel to the Dubai Mall, the one-way taxi fare is about 100 dirhams, to the Dubai Marina-40 dirhams, Outlet Village-70 dirhams. In principle, it is possible to take a taxi along any route.
