I recently visited this restaurant, and the impressions were so strong that I can't help but share them. From the very entrance, you can feel the attention to detail: the friendly staff greets guests with a smile, unobtrusively helps with choosing a table and creates a feeling of real comfort. The atmosphere here is special — pleasant lighting, thoughtful decoration of the hall, soft music that emphasizes the mood, but does not interfere with communication. The menu was pleasantly surprised by the variety: there are dishes for those who love classics, as well as for those who prefer something unusual. It is clear that the chef puts his soul into every position — the combinations of products are interesting, but at the same time harmonious. I especially liked the appetizers and hot dishes: everything was prepared perfectly on time, with rich taste and beautiful serving. Desserts are a different story: tender, melting in the mouth, while not overloaded with excess sweetness. I would like to mention the service separately: the waiters know the menu thoroughly, are able to prompt and advise, but they do not impose themselves. Everything was served on time, without delay, and taking into account the wishes of the guests. It is clear that every visitor is appreciated in this restaurant. As for the prices, they are quite consistent with the quality. It's really nice to pay for the food of this level, the atmosphere and the attitude towards the guests. It feels like you're getting a lot more than just dinner: it's a fulfilling experience that you want to repeat.

It left an extremely unpleasant impression. I arrived early and saw how the employee was literally kneading hot French fries with her hands — without gloves, without tongs. It looked as unappetizing as possible, honestly, it became disgusting. When I received the order, the potatoes turned out to be soft, not salty, without crunching, as if boiled. I didn't feel like eating at all. I'm very disappointed. Changed : Unfortunately, the unpleasant situation worsened after the manager's call. Instead of listening to my opinion as a customer, they started explaining to me in a rather harsh tone that their potatoes are not fried, but baked, and that everything is cooked without gloves — as if this were normal. The point is not the technology, but the way it looked: the employee was literally kneading wet hot potatoes with his hands. It looked unsanitary and extremely unappetizing. Instead of apologies, I received excuses and cold, accusing communication. I am very disappointed with the approach and attitude to feedback.

Last year, I picked up the order from the pizzeria: it was clean, the child was given a cardboard crown (a small thing, but nice), the order was received on time and everything tasted good. But this year we ordered 2 types of pizza with delivery from Dodo Pizza (delivery on time, everything is hot) and were unhappy - the pizza was not tasty, instead of ham, the sausage was bright red, there was little cheese, the edges of the pizza looked more like the thick edges of a shapeless pie. Apparently the cook was in no mood...

A year ago, I gave this point 5 stars in 2GIS, but today I put 2 stars for the attitude of the staff to customers (they rested on the hundred and not that they were interested in the order, but they did not even greet), for negligence in cleaning (the table is streaked with stains from dirty, greasy rags), for using low-quality ingredients when cooking pizza, namely cheese, for the loud showdowns that the employees arranged, solving some of their internal conflicts (why should customers listen to this?).
