This is not a hotel, this is a fairy tale! We had a family vacation, we were as comfortable as possible. The rooms are clean, the sound insulation is excellent. View from the pool to Burj Khalifa. Dubai Mall is 7min walk away. The pool always has a comfortable water temperature. The breakfasts are awesome. The transfer is convenient to all areas of the city. Camilla is a very nice girl at the reception and helped with all the questions.

A chic, very friendly hotel with views of the Burj Khalifa and a shuttle service to the Dubai Mall. It also houses a TJ Fridays cafe and a 24/7 Coffee Shop and a Supermarket. Cool youth atmosphere of drive and anthill, very friendly reception. I highly recommend it!

We were from March 2 to March 8, 2025. I really liked the hotel, the gorgeous location, 4 minutes on foot and you are at the entrance of Fashion Avenue to Dubai Mall, where friendly doormen will open the door for you, a magnificent view of the Burj Khalifa opens for breakfast, the hotel territory is small but very well maintained, the hotel is clean, everything in the rooms is shiny, clean, cleaning every day, replenished the room has delicious coffee, teas, water in glass bottles, towels are changed every day, the furniture is good, the beds are wide. The room has a hairdryer and a safe. There is no deposit at the hotel. We had breakfast and dinner, the breakfasts were great, (buffet) a lot of different fruits (apples, tangerines, oranges, bananas, blackberries, blueberries, watermelon, melon, awesome juicy pineapple, mango. For breakfast, you can choose an omelet or fried eggs on toast with lots of avocado. Of the baked goods, 3.4 types of croissants, several types of cupcakes, toasts . There were also very tasty dried tomatoes, fresh vegetables and herbs, tuna, salted salmon. 3 types of yoghurts . We will definitely return to this hotel, as there are many beautiful places within walking distance. It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the metro. We admired the fountains every day. There is a free shuttle service to the sea and other beautiful places and shopping, there is a swimming pool with a magnificent view of the Khalifa

Price=Quality👍 For its cost of living, it's a great place! We didn't even believe that the hotel belongs to the three-star category. Firstly, there are plenty of things you can do in your free time - go to the pool, gym, play table tennis and mini golf, work in the coworking area, etc. And all this is included in the room rate. In addition, there is a convenience store on site where you can buy everything you need (including bouquets of flowers) if, say, you forgot something at home. Secondly, it is impossible not to mention the prompt, excellent work of the staff: additional water was brought at our request in just 5 minutes. Cleaning was done daily and very carefully. All employees of the accommodation facility were always polite and helpful in case of any problems or questions. As for the rooms, they are not large and very spacious, but they are quite comfortable for a week's stay. One of the advantages is that they are clean enough, without any creeping animals and with good sound insulation. The main problem you may encounter is there is no place to dry wet clothes and swimsuits. Also, if you are carrying a bunch of images for every day, there may not be enough space for all the outfits in the closet (it is very small). The rooms also have the opportunity to connect to a free Internet network, but on the upper floors its speed leaves much to be desired. Of course, you can always stay in touch with your loved ones, use instant messengers to send messages without any problems and type everything you need into the search, but if you need to send, say, vacation photos to your relatives, it's better to go down to the lobby. And, perhaps, the biggest disadvantage of the hotel is its distance from the metro (20 minutes on foot) and bus stops. And, in general, everything is excellent!🔥

A very interesting, clean and cozy hotel with an incredibly beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. The value for money surpasses most hotels. The location is very convenient, within walking distance from the Mall. The hotel has a swimming pool, a coworking area, free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, a shop, a coffee shop, and storage rooms. The hotel also provides a shuttle service and organizes an excursion to the desert. The hotel staff speaks English. After a week of staying at the hotel, I did not see any disadvantages, so I recommend choosing Rove Hotels for a trip to Dubai!

I really love the Rove hotel chain. They're all very good. If you decide to visit Dubai Mall, then its location is very convenient. You can walk to the Mall to get to the crossing (300 meters), take the elevator and go through the passage directly to the store. In the hotel itself, you can do laundry, eat and swim in the pool.The staff is very friendly and helps you solve everything that didn't work out, for example, I threw the tokens in the wrong place when I was washing my clothes.They returned the cuffs to me and helped me.For breakfast, in addition to the buffet, you can order an omelet, pancakes and toasts from the menu.Cleaning every day.

A democratic hotel, pleasant friendly atmosphere. Clean, the rooms are cleaned quite satisfactorily. The staff is polite. Convenient location, excellent location, the opportunity to quickly walk to Burj Khalifa. Cool location! We took a view of the Burj Khalifa. Very cozy, stylish hotel. They take you to the beach and Dubai Mall every day. Very friendly staff! They asked for an iron, and they brought it along with a board for our entire vacation! There is a supermarket at normal prices. The restaurant is really very expensive. There is shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap in the room! I've seen people wearing slippers, I probably could have asked. Tea, coffee, cream in the room and water for free. Everything is very cool.

This is a wonderful hotel. Everything is just great. I am very demanding about cleanliness. It's very clean here. The bed linen and towels are white. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The views from the windows are simply incredible. Our room wasn't big, but it was very thoughtful and comfortable. And even the Koran is in the bedside table. There is a swimming pool, laundry, cafe, travel agent, transfer to popular locations... everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Everything is very concise, without visual noise. Rest for the soul.

We vacationed in Rove Downtown in March 2024.The location in the center is directly opposite the Dubai Mall, everything is close to the Burja Khalifa Tower, fountains, special thanks to the managers at the reception desk for earlier check-in and late check-out, without additional charges, breakfasts were included in the price and for my taste we were fed very well and in a variety of ways.Of the disadvantages, there are no Russian speakers at the reception desk and in my opinion there are none at all in the hotel except for Russian tourists.

We stayed at the hotel for two days. We really liked the hotel. Our room had a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The breakfasts are good. The staff is friendly. There is a wonderful Russian-speaking girl at the reception, although she doesn't come all the time. There is a great pool with sun loungers where you can sunbathe. We definitely recommend it!

Excellent hotel: convenient location (near Dubai Mall, but you'll have to take a taxi to get to the beach (I used the careem app)). The room is quite spacious, with a view of the Burj Khalifa. The bed is comfortable, the room cleaning is 5 points. There are no complaints about the bathroom. I took it without breakfast. On the ground floor there is a TGI Fridays restaurant and a small grocery store. There is a small gym and an outdoor plunge pool with sun loungers.

I really liked the hotel! Recently returned from vacation. I'm glad I didn't listen to anyone and took this particular hotel! In the very epicenter of all events! If you are not looking for a beach holiday, then you are definitely here. This is an inexpensive three-piece. We took a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa. For a three-piece in the center of Dubai with such a view and location, it's a bomb. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall is within walking distance, 5-7 minutes walk. I would like to mention the good breakfasts. They never went hungry. There are a lot of fruits, there have always been different types of nuts, almonds, honey. There is a shop on the ground floor with excellent prices. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I will note the girl Placida-the very charm. It was very helpful when checking in. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. However, the bed has never been changed in a week, only beautifully made. But we weren't going for a clean bed. So everything is ok. Otherwise, everything is fine. There is a heated pool, but it is very small. And there was no time to be at the pool. I think that area is not for chili at the pool. There are also play areas: football, mini golf, table tennis. Although the room area is not too large, but high ceilings and view windows create a sense of spaciousness. The room had perfect light walls with no traces of other people living at all, in the corridor one day there was a smell of paint in the corridor, apparently they are often tinted. The furniture is in good condition, the mattress is nice. As for the location, the new Zabeel Dubai Mall building is really very close, although the entrance is not too intuitive, through the elevator and parking of the neighboring LCD. Further along the glass man-pipes and buildings you can walk to the subway / aquarium / viewport / fountains / other entertainment.

Excellent location. The Dubai Mall is 5-7 minutes away on foot. Excellent breakfasts for 57 durham, there is an omelet, scrambled eggs to order from the menu, lots of fruits, vegetables, a lot of pastries for tea or coffee. After breakfast, you can skip lunch. The room has everything you need, including a small refrigerator. Great beds, pillows. The window can be opened for ventilation. Wonderful staff. And the view of the Burj Khalifa is an additional bonus. And for those who love beer, I advise you to visit the Double Decker Pub with a very tasty Brewdog beer. I highly recommend this hotel.

The 3* hotel deserves more, my rating is 4 why not 5 because of the little things, but the whole life consists of them. Good location of the hotel, 5-7 minutes from Dubai Mall and Bursh Khalifa! The rooms have daily cleaning and linen change. The staff is friendly (with the exception of two at the reception), they did not hide their aggression directly. The hotel has a pool with cooling, which saved a lot from the heat. On the M floor, there is also where to wash (for 50 drx) and iron things! It was quiet on the floor, except for 3 days when it stank unbearably of smoking. Although they were warned at the reception, but apparently they could not solve the issue with this guest! The breakfasts are monotonous, for every taste, I liked everything, no questions arose! The rooms are minimalistic, clean. There is nowhere to dry clothes after the pool. Missing hangers for things, they brought us. There is free parking. The hotel is good for business trips. If you go purposefully on vacation with the beach, then you need to choose a different format! I recommend the hotel!

Separately, I would like to note the "eco" orientation of the hotel (there are no disposable plastic bottles in the bathroom, there are reusable ones made of recycled plastic, water is left in special glass bottles). I would also like to highlight the fact that the hotel always has the opportunity to eat or drink - the TGI Frayday zone is open on the territory of the hotel. Around the clock, you can buy pastries from them, order coffee, buy everything you may need on a trip, food, snacks. The staff of the same chain organizes breakfasts, which include a buffet + dishes to order to choose from (scrambled eggs with additives to choose from, pancakes / waffles with syrups, toast). I was impressed by the work of the staff - they are very responsible and responsive, always ready to help. I will note the work of the pool staff - there was always cold water in a bottle, which is very important, given the temperature outside.In general, I was very pleased with the hotel

The view from the window of Burshkhalifa and Dubai Mall, everything was very pleasant. We walked, walked, all the sights nearby on foot. Breakfasts are scarce, there is little choice. Breakfast is until 11:00, but if you come at 10:55, everything will be quickly cleaned and you will not eat anything. They mostly ate at the cafe across the street and shopped at the market.
