We had a rest after the May holidays.. The three of us, I'm mom and daughter. We drove across the coast on a Saturday evening... We saw the local traffic with all the traffic jams, air-conditioned stops and driving skills of the drivers! It's a two-hour drive from Al Maktoum Airport to the hotel. The hotel has been renovated. We looked at it from the loggia of another hotel for a couple of years, and now we've decided...We arrived for dinner... We had a standard room in the voucher, but randomly, as a compliment, we were accommodated in a two-room suite with two balconies, a kingsize bed in the bedroom, an extra bed in the living room, where there were large armchairs with a sofa, a round table and chairs.. Both rooms had a TV with four Russian-language channels and a refrigerator.. In the morning, you could treat yourself to capsule coffee from the coffee machine and milk. Additionally, they brought a bathrobe, slippers, and a set of towels for my daughter. In the evening, they brought bedside mats with the words "good night" and "good morning" and put slippers on them... We managed to place our luggage in numerous cupboards, bedside tables, dressers. Of course, there were some disadvantages... The air conditioner in the living room was not working well, they forgot to report the toiletries for their daughter, but all this was quickly resolved, and then forgotten, thanks to the efforts of the beautiful girl Regina, who promptly resolved all issues and eliminated complaints at the reception. I won't write about the food or the room itself, it's all on the website, everything corresponds to reality. The food is very tasty, although there is little variety from day to day... But we liked it because you can enjoy the dishes you like and leave the plates empty (all chefs like it so much!) Our chef regularly went out to the hall and inquired about the taste of the dishes! On the theme days, we tried Turkish, Asian, and Mediterranean dishes... We took half board, so we could choose dinner or lunch... We took dinner, and at the obel on the beach we bought drinks, pizza, ice cream, which was originally served in half a coconut, orange or pineapple peel... No deposit was required upon check-in... It's convenient that you can pay right away... But you could have left it, then you just recorded the expenses for the room... Convenient in one word! The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help solve any problem... Knowing or not knowing the language on both sides was not an obstacle... Out of inconvenience (for me personally! ) I can only mention the access to the pools and the beach... I had to walk from the elevator either through the restaurant doors or through the doors leading to the bowling alley... It's far and equidistant from the elevator...The doors from the elevator directly to the exit to the pools were closed. This can only be explained by the fact that vacationers inattentively read vouchers with the concept of staying at a hotel and ignore requests for a dress code accepted in the emirates... They walk half-naked, in flip-flops through the main hall, where respected local guests often gather and hold their events and family celebrations in beautiful, solemn clothes! I believe that it is necessary to respect the traditions and requests of the host country! The level of culture cannot be compensated by any "all inclusive"! Women also manage to dress so openly for shopping, which is not surprising what associations the local male population has! We will definitely return to this hotel! Sea, cleanliness, service... Everything is on the level! We have loved holidays in the Emirates for many years!

I really liked the hotel.We had a rest in May 2025.I liked the varied food, room service, very comfortable pillows and mattresses.It was my mom's birthday, and we got a cake from the hotel as a gift.There is a Russian-speaking staff at the resort and in the dining room.The hotel has comfortable pools:there is a pool for adults only, a pool for small children, a pool with a bar.
