Today at 15.47 they wanted to visit the room, the spouse wanted to go with his son (he is 2.6) with an escort. The girls at the reception immediately began to say from the threshold: WE have 3 YEARS OF ATTENDANCE.
We calmly replied that we had already been in such a room and the child would be accompanied. They wouldn 't let us in . Thank you very much for saving our money ☺️
