Level 8 Local Expert

A great place to live with the whole family when it is very cold and dirty in Russia ;). The complex has a quiet, peaceful closed area, many Russian-speaking successful people live here. Two gyms and several pools with sea views. The price tag for rent is of course high, but the level is very good. There is not enough of its own beach, the beach is only dirty JBR nearby or the very expensive beach of the Banyan hotel, for a family of about 30 thousand day access. Bluewaters is on the one hand a tourist place, on the other a quiet place with all the necessary infrastructure nearby.
