I do not advise anyone to come to this boutique, because here you can be sold a defective item and denied a refund, as it was for me: I looked at the bag on the stand, I liked it, and I wanted to buy this model, then they took the money from me and took out a new bag already packed from another room. I unpacked it at the hotel and saw the scratches, I immediately went back to the boutique and my bag was replaced with an even more terrible quality: the bag was dirty, torn leather, uneven seams, I asked to replace the bag again, and it was still of poor quality, you can't look at the seams without tears.… It was the last bag available for this model. They refused to refund me and told me to choose from these bags or choose another one and pay extra, but with this attitude, I didn't want to carry their bags at all)) As a result, I was left with a bag for 57,000rubles, which I will not carry. I hope my experience will help someone and you won't run into it.
