Any district department of public services in Tashkent means frenzied queues, not providing water (coolers) in unbearable heat, lack of seats for the population, incompetence of employees (what is the computer base for?).All issues need to be resolved on the spot, rather than sending people for additional information, statements, etc.

I was there for the first time about 5-6 years ago, I don't remember exactly then, but there was a girl operator who helped with the explanation and something with the inn. Thanks to her. I recently went to get a certificate, I thought it would take a long time, but I got it quickly, the operator behind the 4(?) window is very competent and explained everything well, thanks to her too. The only mess that people themselves create is their limitless stupidity. Come, type in the remote control for which service you came and take the number, and do not create a live queue and an incomprehensible booth. At the checkout, the girl behind the left window (I highlight this because there is another woman sitting next to her) is generally strange, no greeting, no change, no contact.
