I want to tell you about an unpleasant situation. My sister and I went to buy my mom a gift — wired headphones for the iPhone. They have the same phone models — the iPhone 14 Pro, mine is the 13 Pro. All devices with a Lightning connector, not Type-C. We don't really understand the nuances, so we immediately turned to the seller for help. They said, "We need wired headphones for the iPhone, but not new models." I even stressed that the phone is not new. We also showed the phone itself. The seller didn't even look closely, just said, "Yes, yes, I understand." He didn't give us the headphones in our hands, he immediately took them to the cash register. We paid 49 manats and left, trusting that the seller knew what he was doing. When Mom opened the gift, it turned out that the headphones did not fit. We went back to the store with the receipt and the box. A strange thing started there: the seller claimed that we said we had a Type-C, and then actually showed us another phone, which our family does not even have. It is not true. We explained that that's why we asked for help, because we don't understand. He started arguing, raising his voice, and so did I. I asked several times to open the recording from the cameras to see how it was. He refused and did not explain why. He started saying that he was 32 years old and "knew everything." But he didn't even know the exact price of the headphones — he said they cost 54 manats, although we bought them for 49. I'm not going to argue over 49 manats. The problem is not the money, but the lack of professionalism. We came for help, but they sold us the wrong product and then made us guilty. This is disrespectful and unacceptable. We will not contact this store again. I hope the management will take action and teach the staff to talk to customers respectfully and listen to what they are told.
