The reception is friendly, there is no malice and there is no outright desire to fuck a fucker. The parking attendant is also normal. There are no sideways glances. Reasonable room prices. The room is clean. Nice big bed with a good mattress. Mini fridge. Hair dryer, ironing board, iron, TV, a couple of Russian channels, safe. There is a mini spa consisting of a sauna, a room with steam coming from below, and a shower. And three massage rooms. Breakfasts are normal from 7-00 to 10-00 delicious.

Добрый день, очень плохие кровати, хуже я давно не спал, внешне они выглядят хорошо, но на самом деле матрас высокий, и от любого твоего движения он колышется, с непривычки невозможно уснуть потому что постоянно ловишь равновесие, подушки твёрдые, выспаться просто невозможно! Завтрак хороший, парковка сзади снаружи все вроде классно, но зачем это все нужно если ты приезжаешь выспаться, и ехать дальше! Абсолютно не советую! Have a good day! The beds are really terrible; I haven't slept so badly in a long time. They look good from the outside, but the bed is so high that it shakes every time you move. Because you are constantly balancing, it is impossible to fall asleep if you are not used to it. The pillows are so hard that it's impossible to get a good night's sleep! The breakfast is nice and the parking lot at the back looks great from the outside, but what's the point if you just come to sleep and then get out? I definitely do not recommend it!

A very nice spacious hotel. I especially recommend breakfast. The staff are very kind and interested, Mr. Tolga helps with everything at the reception. Only one issue needs to be corrected urgently, the lighting of the rooms, and especially the bathrooms, is too dim. It doesn't suit a hotel at this level at all. It has been the year 2025, while everywhere is bright, there will be no room lighting such as darkness at these prices.

A great hotel with nice rooms. There are bathrobes, a set of coffee and tea, water, and a safe. There are rooms for smokers and non-smokers. They are located on different floors and differ in floor covering (carpet for non-smokers or laminate for smokers) and smoking rooms are treated with special means so that there is no smell. Very good location. Close to the Forum shopping center, 15-20 minutes on foot. There are many shops and cafes nearby. The food at the hotel is excellent. Restaurants operate without a buffet, which I consider an advantage. The dishes are delicious and of excellent quality. Ski pass is included in the price.
