I recently submitted a visa application here and when I got my passport back, I found that they had placed a cheap sticker directly on the back cover. When I removed it, it left glue residue that damaged the passport surface. I filed a formal complaint with photos, but they dismissed it as "feedback" and said no one else had complained. Apparently spending a few dinars on proper non-damaging tracking stickers is too much to ask. For anyone applying here: check your passport immediately before leaving. This kind of carelessness should not happen at a visa agency handling official documents.

You do not contact without a special need to have a German visa. You pay a fee of 3600 per person, and when you submit it, it turns out that these are VIP slots, which VIP cannot explain, but you need to pay another 8000. Applications are accepted knowing that the rule has changed and there will be a refusal, since now the consideration is not up to 45 days, namely 45. You'll only find out from a letter from the consulate. And the dates can't be changed for some reason, even by attaching new documents with armor and tickets. As a result, 95 euros each minus the fee, tickets, fees from the visametric itself, and if you want, they offer to look for a slot again, pay everyone anew. This is the most terrible experience, choose other countries, value your time and money.
