There are no questions about the range of tiles at all, the salon is spacious, the tiles are of high quality, the selection is large, but there are questions about customer orientation. My wife and I ordered the tile in mid-February 2025 (February 12), they promised to deliver it by the end of April, there was no information by the end of April, we had to write to the salon ourselves to clarify the dates. In general, given the situation, we were prepared for delays, but it was not very pleasant that we had to write and find out everything ourselves. The tiles had already arrived on May 9th, so the delay was small. The tiles were ordered for the kitchen, as they wanted to move into the house in the summer, and the kitchen was also ready by this time. But it turned out that the tile was a different color, it so happened that we were not in Minsk, so unfortunately we could not see it on the spot, only after some time. I had no desire to wait at least two months again, since I already had to move in the summer, so I had to choose the lesser of the two evils and put a tile of a different color. The tile itself is beautiful, but it was different from how it should have looked according to the kitchen design project. The salon admitted the mistake, that's all, did not offer any compensation, in general, we do not expect this, since we did not accept the tiles ourselves. But I think that the mistake is still quite serious, we ordered one color, and another arrived. Maybe it was just an unfortunate combination of circumstances and we were just unlucky. I think that the salon needs to improve the timely notification of customers a little, if delays are expected, or take them into account immediately, this creates a pleasant feeling that you have not been forgotten and remembered, and of course double-check. Otherwise, as I said earlier, there are no questions about the quality of the tiles and their assortment, everything is fine here.
