There are toilets and cafes, in the late afternoon, when it starts to get dark, the lights turn on and the garden becomes even more beautiful and magical. It is better to order tickets online, they are cheaper than buying them at the box office right away. Taxi drivers can approach you at the exit from the park, but you should only take a taxi using the app, then your trip to the subway will cost you at a normal fixed price. I dream of visiting this place again.
