A wonderful client-oriented hotel. They are always friendly and ready to help. The breakfasts are very good, there is a large selection. Even if they are the same. The bathroom has everything you need, a towel, a hairdryer, and a toothbrush with toothpaste..The rooms are large, with a view of the city. The pool is small but cozy. We got caught during the reception renovation, I think it will be even better after the renovation.

Nice hotel, clean. It is a 30-minute walk from the beach. The children broke the mirror and asked for 1200 dirhams, for our 25,000rubles, they somehow haggled for 500, not a very pleasant story. The breakfast is not bad, it was included in the room rate, everything is there.

A great hotel! We liked it, but there are also disadvantages. We managed to visit this hotel when we missed our connecting flight and Etihad provided us with a room as part of the free accommodation. Completely free of charge. The room is nice, but they forgot to put towels for us. They called the reception, said yes, yes, and in the end they did not wait for the towels. The room itself is large, spacious, there is water in the room, a tea set. Delicious lunch and dinner. Salad bar, several types of hot, and a couple of desserts. Everything is very tasty! The location of the hotel is good, shops are within walking distance and the beach is relatively close! The hotel is worthy of attention!

I recently stayed at the Cristal Hotel Abu Dhabi and was very impressed. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a wonderful view of the city. Located in the center and close to the beach. The hotel itself is normal, a little battered, but you can live. We took a room with a "kitchen", so there were no dishes for cooking, the microwave was greasy, there were no wine glasses, according to their description on booking. Then they brought everything, but for this it was necessary to make a fuss ourselves. The countertop under the stove is cracked, the hinges of the furniture doors are not adjusted, there is a little mold on the tile in the bathroom, there was no plastic plug on the shower stand. If you set the ventilation temperature above 23, then it no longer warms the air, it does not seem to be calculated, and we were at the end of December and sometimes we wanted to make it warmer indoors. And the rest is fine.
