They were supposed to fly to Milan from Almaty. After 2.5 hours of delay, we are told that the flight has been cancelled!!!!!! Who will refund the tickets and the cost of the tour??? Where are the company representatives???? What are we doing near the gate, like fools, and NO ONE COMES IN AND SAYS WHAT TO DO NOW???? P.S. they came out and said wait again until the side is repaired, and now I'm afraid to fly with a broken side, and it's not a fact that we'll fly out
