Almost 10 years have passed since I joined the Housing Balance cooperative, and now I am happy to say that the apartment is completely in my possession! I would like to express my gratitude to the whole team. These are not just professionals in their field — they are truly responsive and attentive people who treat their business with their hearts! It's been felt all this time! Throughout all periods (accumulation, redemption), they were in touch, promptly responded to any questions and requests, even if they went beyond their direct duties. My situation was not an end in itself (I first started in Mogilev, after reaching the settlement rating, I finally settled in with my family, then I had to move to Minsk for work and think about housing. And even here there were no impossible obstacles! It was difficult, but we managed to re-register the Mogilev apartment for another cooperative member who wants to live in Mogilev, and re-purchase the apartment in Minsk. This support has given me a sense of calm and confidence from the very beginning. The absence of rigid limits in the payment schedule was very valuable to me. I could contribute freely, including ahead of schedule. This made it possible to save significantly and get closer to the goal of your own apartment faster.
