The main advantage of the hotel is its location within walking distance to the Dubai Mall. The rooms themselves are tired. The staff is not very friendly. One morning at 7:00 a.m. we were woken up by a fire alarm. Everyone rushed down, as a result, they said that this was a test of the notification system. The guests were very unhappy. Many were standing in the lobby with their children, all sleepy. In general, the sediment remained.

I am happy with many things in these apartments. But there are disadvantages. 1 the gas was not working, but we did 2 the walls in the bedroom are heavily scuffed with damp 3 There were no detergents, but they may not have been provided. What am I happy with? 1 the owner did not get into my life 2 excellent service in the house 3 excellent breakfasts 4 very cozy 5 near Dubai Mall - location just fire All the pros outweighed the cons. Excellent location for the center, shopping in the mullah (walk along the air-conditioned passage for 5 minutes), good hotel concept and rooms, correct staff. Thank you, Samer and Mohamed! An old building that is not properly maintained.The corridors are cleaned very rarely, the carpets are dusty and dirty.The staff is all polite and kind.I liked the spa area, the pool, and the sauna very much.Everything is fine here, except the towels in the pool are terribly old and vests for children, well, you can bring your own.
