I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service and delicious food! We ordered 3 BBQ Cheese combos today, they were ready pretty quickly, in just 10 minutes. We did not encounter any problems. The burgers were just great, some of the best we've had. Rustic potatoes from the heat, very hot and delicious.

The service is at the lowest level! The saleswoman at the checkout behaves extremely rudely and unfriendly, as if she were doing a favor by serving at all. No basic courtesy, no desire to help the customer. This is the second time I've come across this girl — each time the same rudeness and cold attitude. This behavior completely ruins the impression of the institution. If management values its customers, I recommend that you urgently pay attention to the work of such employees and replace them with a more adequate and friendly person who understands what customer service is.

Now it is very difficult to find a burger shop that makes its own cutlets from fresh meat, it is more convenient and more profitable for fast food establishments to use frozen cutlets produced by semi-finished products companies. This is sad because the quality level is falling sharply, and consumers are not even complaining that the taste of meat in fast food is becoming more and more unlike the taste of meat. The buns are fresh, the vegetables are crispy, the sauces are great, the burgers are not dry. It feels like the ingredients are selected with attention to quality. This is not the first time I have ordered, I hope the network will not lower the quality bar. If you like the real taste of meat and burgers without frozen blanks, I recommend BBQ.
