Купили квартиру в Амграде в 2022 году,заехали в 23... Что могу сказать...застройщик вводит в полное заблуждение и своих обещаний не выполняет! При покупке квартиры обещали "зеленый двор без машин" - по факту в место газона кора которая везде выляется,в место закрытого двора БЕЗ МАШИН двор полностью открыт на распашку из-за ремонта подъездов застройщиком который был сорван по срокам и уже 2 месяц ремонтируют но по факту все стоит!!!!! Строит лишь бы продать
