I can't even rate the work of Euromail by one star, it will be too much. At 9:00 on December 8, 2023, an SMS arrived that you can pick up the parcel. Upon arriving for the parcel, it turned out that the OPS was closed (Sharkovshchina) on December 8, 2023, as reported in an SMS 7 hours after the SMS about receipt. After calling the operator, it turned out that my parcel had been sent to a nearby OPS in Glubokoe, a distance of 50 km. To my question why they did not specify the address where to redirect the shipment, the answer was simple, that this function is not provided 🫣😁 And when asked how to pick up a shipment that is 50 km away from me, the answer was that it was not their problem. No one even joined in to help solve my problem. Everyone was talking about their standards! I understand that the management is far from indifferent to the opinion of customers. I'm sure this review is the same!
