The queues are huge, and there is always one cash register. They close in the middle of the working day for no apparent reason, to the questions "why are they closed?" - they are rude, lawless.

The delivery of postal items is very slow, the head of the departments does not respond to queues and does not help to issue postal items without payment. The payment terminal inside the branch is not available after the closure of the branch, although the shopping center is open until 23-00

I completely agree with the first review. Once there were 2 cashiers and I never saw the second one again. The same woman all the time. And the service is slow, especially when it comes to correspondence.

Not when there is no second cashier. There is always a queue. The cashier is very slow. At other branches, if there is a large queue, they call for help. This is not practiced here. They work very slowly!
