The salesman looks at me from the other side of the door, closes the door in my face and walks away. after knocking, he opens it, I ask why it was necessary to close the door in front of the customer, the seller replies with a malicious smile that she did not see any customer (she looked into my eyes from behind the door glass, by the way) , I ask why to lock the store door during business hours, irritably and literally shouting answers "I'm alone here today, I didn't even have lunch, I need to fix the room" why with closed doors, why be rude instead of apologizing and why be an ill–mannered salesman - unanswered questions, but I will never buy anything else in your stores, one person ruined the reputation of the entire company with his rudeness

Hello everyone. Once again, on July 27, when visiting Vitebsk, we dropped into the store and as before: Polite staff, A wide range of products, Excellent environment, Prices are at the same level. The girl sitting in a separate office and periodically appearing in the trading floor, the manager, is cool, friendly and interested! Surely you've seen socks in metal jars on sale?! So, it was important for me to find out exactly which socks (quality, pattern ...) actually lie in them. She searched everywhere she could - Insta, catalogs... They did find it, it did not go to me and she offered a Tube twice as high as the same jar and with the WOT (tanks) symbolism - FIRE. I took one, chose the socks I wanted, then went into the next room. I bought a gel and it turned out to be a good symbolic gift for my nephew) It's a pity that I took one jar at once, because there were no other stores and I had to go again, but in Vitebsk the distances are ridiculous (10-15 minutes from A to B), not like in the Moscow region) In general, the store has respect, prosperity and more adequate customers!
