Yes, it took place, since there were difficulties , I will share the information further, maybe it will be useful for someone, so as not to get into a situation like us We have two citizenship of the Russian Federation and Belarus, we booked a flight with Belarusian passports from Russia, and we were not allowed on the plane, did not pass border control, since we have Russian citizenship and this country does not consider us as Belarusians. The panic was severe. I didn't want to lose money and a vacation that had been planned for so long I immediately contacted our travel agent Yulia, who quickly resolved our issue by flying the next day from Brest (Belarus), yes, we lost the day, but we were able to fly away and enjoy a wonderful vacation Now about the hotel - it's something bombastic We were vacationing at Quattro Beach resort spa 5* This is our first vacation, there is nothing to compare it with , but I liked absolutely everything And the food is always very varied, everything is fresh, when something was over, the restaurant staff immediately replenished it, there was no such thing that you come later for dinner or lunch, but there is nothing left to eat. We have never been hungry, as all sorts of snacks and plus a restaurant near the pools and the beach were constantly working. And we adults and my children always had something to eat, we didn't sit on one French fries) The service is super, everything is clean, everything is cleaned on time both near the pools and on the beach. The room is also nice, clean and tidy, not an old room stock, the corridors always smelled nice. The animation was also very pleasant, entertaining for both children and adults Everything is unobtrusive, but very interesting Plus, almost every day afterparty, who can hang out without children We swam in the sea from the pier, the approach to the knee is good beyond the plate, we were not confused, we swam and jumped from the pier perfectly We got to the hotel by individual transfer, our travel agent found it for us and organized it, we quickly and comfortably drove to the hotel from the airport In general, I recommend the travel agency, we were always in touch, any issues that arose were resolved. I fully trusted Julia to organize our vacation and did not lose Thank you very much, I have plans to contact you again, and I think this is an excellent indicator

This is not our first vacation at sea, but the first one with Euroline, and all our delight cannot be described in words! Oksana, the tour operator, helped us to plunge into the perfect vacation. This is an amazing person, she was so attentive to the choice of our vacation, so we went with a 2.5-year-old child. She took into account all our wishes, and even more!!! She was always in touch with us, from the time of booking the tour to arriving home from vacation. She always supported me in all my experiences and just magically solved them. We had a vacation for 11 days, at the SEA beach resort aquapark 4* hotel, and for the first time we did not want to leave, and our baby did not let us pack our bags, wailing: "We're staying here.". And it's all thanks to Oksana!!! The hotel is excellent, the staff is diligent, the territory is huge and you will not be bored, the sea is perfect. Now, all our trips will be only with the Euroline tour and with our sorceress Oksana! Thank you for your hard work and our emotions 😍
