A wonderful hotel, the center is close, there are many cafes and shops nearby. Convenient access to the embankment and bus stop. The hotel itself is very clean and pleasant, the cleaning was daily. The room for one was small, but I needed a b&b format, the breakfasts were small, but quite tasty. For a comfortable and inexpensive option to spend the night, have breakfast and run to see the city, it fits 100 out of 10. I would love to stop a second time. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

We stayed at this hotel from the end of January to February 5 with my daughter. We occupied a room with a partial sea view on the second floor. The hotel is clean, the linen is spotless, the breakfasts are also normal. The most pleasant thing is the location, access to the sea to the embankment through an underground passage and two elevators up and down. There is a fish market nearby. The Grand Bazaar and Al Sofia are within walking distance. A hotel in the old city center, if you are looking for luxury, you are not here.To whom color, etc.Constantinople and walk along the embankment to the Bosphorus-your place. We were satisfied with everything.Thank you so much to the staff for their hospitality and willingness to help!!!

In terms of price-quality ratio, an excellent hotel. It is difficult to find something at such prices in Istanbul. We stayed for two nights in September 2025. The location is good, 10-15 minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar (but a good hill). From the Grand Bazaar, you can get to almost all tourist destinations by tram. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby with normal prices for Istanbul, there is always a place to have dinner in the evening. The hotel itself is new, the room is large, clean, there is everything you need (bath accessories, slippers, bathrobes). We took a room with a partial sea view, but to be honest, it doesn't make much sense because the sea is almost invisible. The price includes a buffet breakfast (nothing special, quite monotonous, but you can have breakfast. Several types of cheeses, eggs, Turkish snacks, tea, coffee). Breakfast is served on the top floor and there is a beautiful view of the sea. The staff speaks English, there were no problems. We booked through Yandex. Travel, the hotel responded to the mail without any problems and confirmed the booking. I was allowed to leave my things in the morning before check-in and after check-in until the evening. I have good impressions about the hotel, but if you are not ready to walk up the hill and back, then you should think about it. There is a light metro station nearby, but trains run every 20 minutes and you need to make transfers anyway to get somewhere (they are paid in Istanbul). You can also walk to the metro in 20 minutes from the hotel, but the path does not pass through the cleanest and quietest area, walking is a bit stressful in the evening. The hotel itself is in a quiet area, quiet and peaceful at night.

A great hotel for your budget. There was a good discount on Yandex.Travel. There is a light metro station nearby, which provides quick access to the large Sirkeci transfer point. The rooms are not fancy, but everything you need is clean. The breakfasts were normal, it was enough to eat in the morning and walk until the evening. The reception staff will help with any questions, special thanks for that. We checked in ahead of time, and we had time to prepare the room. There are a lot of different restaurants nearby, but the price is not cheap. You can eat in the cafe opposite, everything is there and the price is reasonable.

A small, cozy hotel on the shores of the Marmara Sea in Istanbul's old town. Polite staff. The rooms are simple, everything you need is available. The furniture is a little "tired", there are traces of mold in the shower. Cleaning is done every day. The breakfasts are simple and monotonous. Room prices are affordable.

The hotel is located next to the metro station, which is convenient. Next to the embankment overlooking the Bosphorus. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, and many attractions are relatively close by. Most architectural landmarks can be reached on foot in 40 minutes or an hour (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Aqueduct, Grand Bazaar, Galata Bridge and Tower. There are breakfasts, it's a bit monotonous, but you can have a hearty snack, and during the day you can find food in Istanbul and it's not expensive (usually delicious in small, unpretentious cafes where locals are served).

Clean, quiet, no frills, but hearty breakfasts (scramble, sausages, 3-4 types of cheese, boiled eggs, ham, butter, jam, honey, simits, a very tasty local loaf, cereals), coffee, tea, two types of fruit drinks, milk. The T1 tram and the Vesnegiler metro are within walking distance, but you have to go up the hill a little. Umbrellas are provided free of charge in the rain. The linen is clean, the mattress is orthopedic, comfortable. The room has a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar bags, refrigerator. It was in early February, and I liked the conditions.

A wonderful hotel! Clean, cozy, friendly staff! Breakfast is a buffet, well, in general, as in all 3 restaurants. The room has a hairdryer, shampoo, gel, slippers. There is a cafe nearby in 10m. There is an underground passage 20 meters away, you can go to the metro station, you can go to the embankment! Very convenient location of the hotel.

Comfortable beds. There were two beds, one large and one single, we booked a family deluxe room. Russian Russian is not spoken at the reception, the cleaners know Russian. They clean every day, towels are changed every day. The floor is cold, the air conditioner is heated, of course it turns off when you pick up the card and it's cold in the room when you arrive, it was in February. It's good that the curtains are thick and darken all the street light. There is a TV, but it was not watched. Free good internet compared to resort hotels. The breakfasts are hearty, though monotonous: different cheeses, fried sausages, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, French fries, olives, sausages, sandwich bread, cornflakes, fruits. The furniture is tired and worn, but it performs its functions. You can go to the shore through the designated bridge, there is also a bus stop there. There are many restaurants nearby. You can hear it well from the street, although there are double-glazed windows.

It's not a bad hotel. Nearby, across the highway, the sea. You can go through the underground passage first, then the ground one). The Grand Bazaar is a 15-minute walk uphill, and Hagia Sophia and the Basilica are a 20-minute walk away. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby.

Great hotel! I had a rest in August 2025, 6 nights. Excellent location in the historical part of the city, many transport interchanges. The hotel is located in a gastronomic area where you will find what you like! Within walking distance of the Marmara Sea, the embankment. I would especially like to mention the polite and helpful staff who will always help, and most importantly - in Russian (hi Murat!)

Everything corresponds to the stated. Take a room on the top floor with a balcony: sticking to it on the evening Istanbul under the colorful noise of the city is what will make the atmosphere for you. Thank you and see you soon.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and was generally satisfied, so I can confidently recommend it. 1. The breakfasts at the hotel were monotonous, but tasty and satisfying. There were always fresh fruits, pastries, cheese, sausage, etc. It was a great start to the day. 2. One of the main advantages of the hotel is its location. The dining room window overlooks the promenade, which is just a 5-minute walk away. It's nice to walk along the water in the morning or evening. There are also many cafes and restaurants for every taste and budget within walking distance, which is very convenient for a variety of meals. The nearest metro station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, and the bus stop is just a couple of minutes away, which makes getting around the city very convenient. 3. Lived in a single room. Although the furniture in the room was old, the room itself was quite comfortable and clean. Daily cleaning kept the place clean and tidy. All the necessary amenities, such as a TV, air conditioning and a mini fridge, were available and worked properly. 4. I ran into a little problem when I wanted to use the laundry service. I was told at the reception that laundry is not possible at the hotel, although I noticed a laundry bag in the room. This left a strange impression and created some discomfort, as I had to look for alternative options for washing things. 5. The only significant drawback was the poor sound insulation of the rooms. You can hear very well what is happening in the neighboring rooms and corridors. Sometimes it interfered with rest, especially at night. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall impression of staying at the hotel remained positive. The pleasant location, delicious breakfasts and friendly staff make this hotel a good choice for short-term stays. If you are not confused by some old furniture and possible noises, then this hotel will be an excellent option for your holiday. I would love to stay here again. The photo shows the same embankment near the hotel.

I liked the hotel. The price-quality ratio is excellent! There are minor flaws in cleaning the bathroom (the dust on the shampoo shelf was both at check-in and remained all week of our stay there). There are no foreign odors, mold in the shower cabin (room was 204), clean bed, daily room cleaning. The air conditioner was working properly. Free in-room safe. Breakfast is the same every day, the assortment is small, but there was always enough. There are several cafes near the hotel, where a lot of people gather in the evenings. In five minutes, we reached public transport at a calm pace, going uphill: the slope is small on some streets, very steep on others. If necessary, we were called a taxi at the reception. I am sure that in this price category, in the center of Istanbul, this hotel is the best option. And definitely on the next trip we will stay there, because for this money you can hardly find something better.

Booked for 4 days. I liked the hotel. Yes, it's not a top five, but everything is at a very good level. Cleaning was every day, slippers, shampoos, tea, coffee, water and so on. The hotel is very decent for this money. Very good staff, friendly, will tell you everything and prompt, and communicate in English and in Russian. Breakfast is without frills, but you will not stay hungry. If you want a Turkish breakfast near the square with restaurants, everything is there. You will have to walk 10-15 minutes to the Bayazit tram stop. I definitely recommend it

I liked the hotel. I booked through Ostrovok, paid in Russia and settled into a guest house without any problems. I have reviewed a lot of reviews on hotels/hotels. I am not disappointed in the choice. We needed a large room for three with breakfast. The number was 105. Everything was arranged: room, cleaning, location, polite staff. The breakfasts are monotonous, but there was always enough of everything and they were definitely not hungry. The coffee is excellent. As someone wrote, there was only a trunk / bedside table where you can disassemble / put luggage. All major attractions can be reached on foot or by tram. I recommend.

The hotel is small, cozy, clean. There were 3 people living in a family. We communicated in English, but then it turned out that it was possible in Russian). We booked and paid remotely, there were no problems when checking in. Breakfast was included, located on the ground floor in the basement. No frills, but there is everything you need, and vegetables and pastries, you will definitely not stay hungry. There are also many restaurants and cafes around, If you are not lazy to walk, then you can get to the main attractions without problems. If you are lazy, the tram will help you. They did not recommend taking a taxi, as there is a lot of deception.

A small cozy hotel. I took a single room, small, but there is everything you need. Even a kettle with tea and coffee, for comparison, there was nothing at all in another place for the same money. The breakfasts match the price. They were cleaned regularly and unnoticed. It is located near the metro station, in the middle of narrow streets with cafes. In general, I am satisfied, it is worth the money.

The hotel itself is very nice, everything is clean and tidy. The staff rustles imperceptibly, but does an excellent job, especially the grandfather at the reception, who greets guests very warmly every time. The breakfasts are monotonous to the point of outrage, the same thing every day, but everything is delicious and high-quality, we did not starve. The disadvantage of this hotel is the location (far from the center of the old city) and the proximity to the rather scary streets of various poor immigrants, slums in general. After 18:00 we tried to keep our heads down on the street, it was scary. The advantages are a nearby patch with restaurants for tourists and proximity to the stop on Kennedy Avenue (3-4 minutes on foot).

I will immediately write that there is no smell of 5 stars there. The hotel is located in the historical center, relatively close to Galata Bridge and Hagia Sophia, on a restaurant street, which means it is noisy, very dirty and crowded. There is nothing, absolutely nothing superfluous in the room, including a chair and a suitcase stand. That is, you can put things either in the closet or on the floor. There is no sound insulation at all, you can hear people walking, talking and flushing the toilet behind the wall. The air conditioner is noisy. The toilet is swinging, the paper holder is falling off 🤣 not a single shelf next to the washbasin. The shower is American, built into the wall very high. The breakfast is very, very modest, you will not stay hungry, but no more. You can stay for one night, like us, of course, but don't expect much.
