In my experience, they fulfill their obligations twice in bad faith. The second time we apply for a hard hat through the insurance company for replacement of spare parts. The first time we carried a side mirror for six months, the second time we promised to do everything faster - in total, we have been waiting since June, it's December. They "dynamite" and invent tall tales about how the taillight stays at customs for three months, whereas it takes a month for the whole of Minsk to reach China. They also collect orders from customers for 4 months to "score a truck." Perhaps they work faster for "live" money, but for insurance reasons, I do not advise you to contact them.

The best electric car dealership in Belarus (more than one had been visited before). They told me everything and helped me choose a car. They offered various payment options. Manager Hope is generally gold. I'm in touch 24/7. She gave explanations to any questions and removed all concerns. Additional options were ordered at the service station, it took more than 10 days in turn, but they also helped here, they did it outside of working hours in order to have time to issue the car for the birthday. Thank you all very much! Everyone is definitely here for electric cars.
