Excellent transport interchange, tram, metrobus, bus in 2 min walk. Metro station 12 min. The wholesale markets of Merter, Zeytinburnu, Lalela are 10-15 minutes away. One disadvantage is the expensive rent.

Apart from being central, it does not have much charm, it can be said that the residences are in the nature of minimal social housing in an atmosphere completely arranged for students.
