I go to this place a few times a year. In overall the price matches the quality of the food. Unfortunately, my last experience was terrible almost in all terms. Usually, I don't go to the restaurant for breakfast. A few days ago I went there for breakfast with my family. Unlike my usual visit this time pretty much everything went wrong right from the beginning. They no longer have their own place to wash your hands. In the menu the breakfast page has no price for dishes and items (strange they changed their pretty nice several page menu to cheap version separate, laminated page menu. Shame, I forgot to take a picture of it). From everything I see in the picture there were 4 different separate omelettes, a few bunch of tiny species like olives, jam, cheese, honey, chocolate and etc. By the way, in the picture you can't really tell which is which or just because all items were spread out in the small menu page and again without price for them. Anyway, I asked the waiter for a price then he said that everything I see on that breakfast page is 170 thousand sum for all of them. I ordered the whole thing from that breakfast page and added one more separate omelette as we were 5 people. Then the waiter started to bring everything one by one. Literally the first two omelettes came together but the rest came each separate with a minimum of 10-15 minutes gap between. The same thing with those tiny species. They came in two separate times. The bread by the way wasn't added in the breakfast set and was ordered for a separate cost which also came 10 minutes later after the species arrived. I mean, come on it's breakfast time and there were not many people dining as there were only another small group of 3-4 people and us on the upper floor. That's it. Also, there were at least 2 staff members wandering around doing nothing. When I asked the waiter why it was taking so long. The waiter replied, Sorry, we have only one gas stove on now and omelettes are cooking one by one. This is ridiculous. He should have informed this to us when we were ordering the breakfast. Ok, it's already very frustrating but still trying to stay positive as to be honest tiny side species'tastes were whether good or not bad at least. Also, except two omelettes (scrambled eggs and another one I forgot the name) were really delicious but I can't say the same thing about the other two ordinary omelettes. One with sausages and other one just eggs and they were low quality both in look and taste. Ok, we ate breakfast and at least we were with a full stomach. (By the way, we ordered one cappuccino and for 30 thousand it wasn't even half of the quality you can get from the coffee house for the same price). So, at the end when I asked for the bill. The waiter brought me a bill for 444 thousand sum. Yes, it is shocking right? Ok, after my obvious question why the bill was that high? Apparently, in that no price mentioned breakfast set menu only tiny side species were 150 thousand sum))). 4 separate omelettes in the picture were each 20-25 thousand sum))). As I mentioned above the bread came for a separate cost. Ok, we ordered tea and it has a separate cost which is fine. Hold on a second. You may fall off your chair now. Please, be ready!)) Apparently, one of the tiny species which was chocolate had a separate cost too)))))). How crazy that menu can be? First of all, you don't have separate prices for each item mentioned there. Then one staff member says one price then the other one says another price. So, I went angry but only because I know the owner I got myself calm down and did explain to the staff that they should deliver my message to the owner that this is not only not good but diabolically wrong. I don't know who gave them this idea of menu but they better change it after proper thinking over it. I'm sure if I didn't know the owner, I would have filed a complaint and had a right not to pay for it or sue them for reaping the client off with lies. I gave it 3 stars only because I used to like to go there and it was better service and before the waiters seemed more organised and knew the menu well than now.

I must say, one of the best places in Tashkent to have a succulent and mouthwatering dishes at an affordable price. One recommendation: keep the old menu, for those who don't speak Uzbek and Russian. Thank you.
