I approached them twice, both times they informed me that the glasses would be brought from another department. Half an hour has passed, all the employees are walking by, 0 reactions. I went up to clarify - they said it would be in 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes passed and again no one reacts. Disgusting service

We bought Chanel glasses, we didn't immediately pay attention to the divorces on the shower, we refused to change them, they said it wasn't a factory defect. Prices are 1.5-2 times more expensive
