I am very disappointed with the service at this bank! They imposed an unfavorable exchange rate on me when exchanging currency. I gave 15,000₽ and asked to buy 50$, the rest for proteins, the cashier is not clear for what reason she first transferred everything to $, and then to proteins.As a result, I received less money than I expected. No transparency, only customer deception. I will never use the services of this bank again and I do not advise others! Or do I have to be very careful, I didn't immediately understand what the catch was?
