My experience with this company is awful and I 100% don't recommend it. 1. On the car delivery they forgot to set a child seat and told me that there was no possibility to bring it to me and that I could take it myself from the office that was 30km away from my hotel. 2. I paid them a deposit of 450 USD by crypto. And after 1.5 months I still cannot get my deposit back. The support every time tells me that they will return it later but there is still nothing

Мошенники. Дали авто с поломкой. Пришлось возвращать. Нарушили свои планы. Категорически не советую. Fraudsters. They gave me a car with a breakdown. I had to return it. They ruined their plans. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Upon arrival in Dubai, the car was already at the exit of our terminal, prepared, clean, with a full tank, and with a Russian-speaking employee! Feruz is a great guy, we signed all the documents immediately, we didn't have to wait at all, besides, he helped us a lot with buying the right SIM card, although he didn't need it, he explained all the nuances of traffic and parking in Dubai when we couldn't pay for parking on our own at the airport exit – he I did it remotely from my phone. He is always very responsive, responds very quickly, and we are grateful to him! We traveled all over the emirates up to the Arabian Sea, saw a lot of things, the car is in excellent condition, we can say it's new. When handing the car back to the company, everything went quickly, without any problems, Feruz kindly took us with our suitcases in the same car to the airport.
