A request was made to fix the "thick" factory seam on new snowboard trousers, as the seam is located in an uncomfortable place (on the gusset). Our order was not accepted, and we also did not receive a clear response from the person at the reception, we were told that the fabric was insulated, as it should be (with a lump between our legs). As a result, since the workshop was unable to solve such a problem, I had to fix this seam defect myself. The workshop doesn't live up to its name, and I won't be contacting you again.

Excellent studio!!!! I'm just thrilled, the woman is a true professional in her field!!!! I urgently needed to repair the lock in my skirt for work and in jeans, I asked for it, which is very urgent. Without any excuses or with reference to the large amount of work, she said I would do everything as soon as possible (I didn't even have time to wash at home, but they already called me and said that everything was ready). I am very grateful, because before I came here, I contacted Garderob in e-city and was sent by a three-story obscenity, so I will definitely never come there and I do not advise you. And I will contact this atelier more than once and I will advise all my relatives and friends!!! They also removed the spools from the clothes and cut off the protruding threads, although I did not ask for this, you must admit, it's a small thing, but it's very pleasant!!!))) I'm absolutely thrilled))))))
