A good residential building with an average level of apartments for JLT. The apartments are spacious and very good. 10 apartments per floor, good layouts, for example, 1 bedroom is 80-85 sq.m. with two bathrooms. The biggest advantage of this building is its location - the cluster stands right next to the entrance to the DMCC subway (formerly. Jumeirah Lakes Towers). In addition to the metro itself, this way you can very quickly and conveniently go to the Dubai Marina, to its promenade to the canal or directly to the beach. In the season when the weather is good, it's an easy walk. The rest of the buns are typical for this area - a lake with a walking area, trees and benches, a bunch of shops and cafes for every taste. The gym upstairs is not bad, with a good set of everything you need. The pool is located on the roof, but it is small (for the skyscrapers of this area), and too high walls negate its location on the roof at such a height. As it is, everything is clean and tidy. The average male step from this building is to walk through the subway passage to JBR beach in about twenty minutes. It took me about 30-40 minutes to get there.
