We returned from the hotel yesterday.When choosing a hotel, I was attracted by the fact that the hotel is located near the sea.They take you to the beach twice a day.The sea is clear, the approach is gentle, which is very good for children The hotel staff is very friendly, all questions were solved immediately.We checked in right away and were given a room on the 3rd floor.The rooms are clean.The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, a kettle, slippers, and personal hygiene kits.Towels were changed every day, and cleaning was also done every day.There is a Russian-speaking employee, Omar, who helped to call a taxi and could solve any issues. The food is very tasty.We only had breakfast, but we ate at the hotel restaurant for a fee.The menu is for every taste, the prices are reasonable.You can order food straight to your room. The territory is clean and well maintained. The pool is large with heated water, the water is very warm, I did not want to go out. He takes a bus to the mall every day. I stayed at this hotel from August 9 to August 16, 2025. The breakfasts at the hotel are very high quality, but they do not shine with variety. Mostly locals who travel everywhere in private cars have a rest here. But overall, the hotel is very good.

The swimming pool in the hotel works somehow inconveniently, from 9.00 to 12.00, then it closes and opens from 16.00 to 21.00 somehow inconveniently. There are many local Indians staying at the hotel, Pakestanis are not very comfortable because of this. But most of all, I was disappointed and had a very unpleasant aftertaste from the receptionist. There were always enough places for everyone, there was even a surplus. The beach is public, huge, the sand is fine, but there is garbage in it. The sea is certainly a miracle, warm and transparent. You can find small transparent crabs, and blue jellyfish have been seen several times, apparently they were brought from the depths. There is a shower and toilet on the beach, but there are no umbrellas.Nevertheless, there was always a place in the shade of the trees. The hotel provides a transfer to the Monarch every other day (there is an Adidas discount next to it, prices are cheaper, especially sneakers). And Cancer mall. There's another store nearby to his left, with cheap prices. We took dates there. An analogue of fix price and day to day. We did not go to Dubai and Sharjah, as we had been there many times and were too lazy to go there with the children. The hotel is an hour's drive from the airport. 2. From the hotel every day 2 times at 09:30 to 13:45 and at 15:00 to 17:00 there was a transfer to the sea (free of charge), 5-7 minutes to go and you are on the beach. The beach is urban, there is a locker room and a toilet. 3. Every evening at 18:15 there was a free shuttle service to the shopping centers RAK MOLL and MANAR MOLL. From there, you can walk to other shops on your own. The transfer was taken back at 20:45. 4. Room cleaning every day + change of towels (they give water, tea, coffee), you could also ask for additional water at the reception. 5. In the room where we lived there was air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, plumbing serviceable. We had windows on the road, windows with sound insulation (cars did not distract). From the windows there was a beautiful view of the city and the mountains) 6. From the food we had only breakfast (according to the "buffet" system). The food was delicious, satisfying and varied. 7. Separately, I would like to mention the room service at the hotel. The prices are reasonable, and the food is very, very tasty, the portions are large. A great alternative to lunch or dinner. Prices are lower than in neighboring cafes. 8. The area around the hotel is well-groomed, beautiful. Especially in the evening, when the sun sets. 9. You can visit the gym and the swimming pool (heated) for free. Beach towels can be taken by the pool. 10. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, they try to understand and help you. You can also exchange currency at the reception. 11. The hotel also has an agency where you can book excursions, the tour operator also offers excursions, but some excursions are cheaper at the hotel. About the cons: 1. There is no place to dry things (there is no balcony, there was no towel rail or dryer), of course, we did without it, but it wouldn't hurt. 2. Since the beach is urban, and not at the hotel, it was not cleaned so efficiently. Every day the sand was leveled with a special machine, and the garbage, unfortunately, was not cleaned. 3. I would like the transfer to the sea to go more often. In general, we liked the hotel, we recommend it. 👍🏻

When choosing a hotel, we read about a heated pool for children and adults... it turned out that this was not the case...almost all tourists with children were upset...It's a long walk to the nearest shops and cafes...it didn't spoil our mood, but I advise you, if you are with a child, then ask about the pool because the water in them is icy. Very nice hotel. We were on New Year's Eve and everything was stunningly decorated. We were in this hotel for the second time and I can firmly say that the renovation was done. The rooms are all fresh, cleaned, all shower accessories are there. The breakfast is good, delicious. A heated swimming pool, which is a pleasure to swim in. There is a transfer to the sea twice a day. It takes 15-20 minutes on foot, and 3-5 minutes on the transfer. The beach is nice, clean, the water is cool. There is also a shuttle service to the mall every evening. Nearby there is a large supermarket where salads, kebabs and side dishes are made (this is a little the most), we ate there with pleasure. There were no tensions on the part of the staff. The weather was wonderful, the sea was warm, the only thing that upset a few days on vacation. I had a rest from January 30 to February 5. I recommend staying at this hotel.
