In terms of price-performance ratio, this is a great option. I recommend it! There is a variety of sports activities: Football and tennis fields (balls and rackets for rent). a small but full-fledged gym. Outdoor table tennis. I liked the food. We took breakfast + dinner (lunch). Very high quality. Two days out of eight - crabs, squid, mussels and trout. The rooms are tired, but everything is working and everything is there. Disposable supplies are constantly being updated. The beach is as it says, they take you according to schedule, but you can also walk to the wild ones, about 2.5 km. We went. Even the wild beaches are clean and sparsely populated. We really liked the staff and service. They are greeted kindly, with cold juice, and are always ready to help at the reception. The cleaning is good, the maids always respond to requests. The fly in the ointment will be the intourist's hotel guide, Olga, it seems. However, this does not apply to the hotel.

A decent hotel, convenient location in the city center, there is a place to walk, near the RAK Mall shopping center. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfasts and lunches were very tasty (buffet) and there was always a choice. Heated swimming pool for adults and children, free sauna as a pleasant addition. We were satisfied with the rest.

My vacation at this hotel is coming to an end. There are few tourists, so there is no fuss and no noisy crowds. Mostly local guests for a couple of days. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, as well as replenished with disposable supplies. Towels and linen match. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The gym is average, but everything you need is there. Court, field, squash on the level. In the morning, breakfast is standard, in the evening it is possible to try a maximum of a third of what is offered, the size of the stomach does not allow more. There is a sauna and a swimming pool, a spa. Among the disadvantages - there is no balcony, powerful central air conditioning, no Russian TV channel. But this is more than offset by the other advantages of the hotel. So I recommend it for a relaxing holiday on the beach, active in the hotel and putting your thoughts in order.

We stayed at the hotel from March 10 to March 16. Since I read the reviews in advance, I was ready for what I would see.The hotel is very small, located on a small hill. Climbing it is not tiring. We didn't really walk around, but there is a small amusement park on the embankment in the evening and a Safir supermarket, the prices in it are not very cheap.
There is a shuttle service to Flamingo Beach from the hotel at 9.30 and at 15.00. I liked that, depending on the number of people, a large or small bus is served. There were always enough places for everyone, there was even a surplus. The beach is public, huge, the sand is fine, but there is garbage in it. The sea is certainly a miracle, warm and transparent. You can find small transparent crabs, and blue jellyfish have been seen several times, apparently they were brought from the depths. There is a shower and toilet on the beach, but there are no umbrellas.Nevertheless, there was always a place in the shade of the trees. The hotel provides a transfer to the Monarch every other day (there is an Adidas discount next to it, prices are cheaper, especially sneakers). And Cancer mall. There's another store nearby to his left, with cheap prices. We took dates there. An analogue of fix price and day to day. We did not go to Dubai and Sharjah, as we had been there many times and were too lazy to go there with the children. Overall, I liked the hotel, for the money that we paid 160 thousand for three adults and a child for two rooms, I think the price and quality match. I'm unlikely to come back a second time, it's no longer interesting if it's not completely cheap.

We flew on a burning tour, 32 thousand per person, for 6 nights, from Samara. In the UAE for the 7th time, in this Emirate for the first time. Since the tour was on fire, I took it 2 days before departure.
About the hotel:
We checked in immediately, arrived at the hotel at 12.40 p.m., the hotel fee for the room was 78 dirhams, since we did not have dirhams with us, we gave 100 dollars, the change was given in dirhams.
The room was nice, it faced the road (306), there were two of us, there were 3 beds.
The room had everything you needed: towels, hairdryer, tea and coffee set, kettle, water (replenished daily for 1 bottle 0.5 per person), shampoo, gel, soap, toothbrushes, etc.
But I still recommend taking your shampoo, there were complaints, we didn't like it either.
There are no complaints about the room, it is spacious enough, there is no balcony, the window opened, the only negative (-) is there is no place to dry wet swimsuits!!!!There is no dryer in the room! It doesn't dry out in the bathroom, take a couple of sets of linen. Cleaning every day.

We mostly had dinner at the shopping center, on the food court, where the transfer from the hotel took us. If you leave the hotel directly, cross the road, there are markets with groceries and other things.

We had a rest at the end of December with an elderly mother. We chose a hotel based on reviews and did not lose out. Everything is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. Maxim, a Russian speaker, works at the reception, so there will be no problems with communication. He will always help and prompt you. The food is delicious and varied, we regretted that we did not take dinners. According to people's reviews, the dinners (can be exchanged for lunch) are wonderful. If you take this option, it is better to do it immediately when buying a tour, so it will be cheaper than buying at the hotel.

Recently returned from vacation, stayed in this hotel.I will tell you more about the advantages:
1. Convenient location of the hotel (you can walk to nearby shops and cafes). The hotel is an hour's drive from the airport.
2. From the hotel every day 2 times at 09:30 to 13:45 and at 15:00 to 17:00 there was a transfer to the sea (free of charge), 5-7 minutes to go and you are on the beach. The beach is urban, there is a locker room and a toilet.
3. Every evening at 18:15 there was a free shuttle service to the shopping centers RAK MOLL and MANAR MOLL. From there, you can walk to other shops on your own. The transfer was taken back at 20:45.
4. Room cleaning every day + change of towels (they give water, tea, coffee), you could also ask for additional water at the reception.
5. In the room where we lived there was air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, plumbing serviceable. We had windows on the road, windows with sound insulation (cars did not distract). From the windows there was a beautiful view of the city and the mountains)
6. From the food we had only breakfast (according to the "buffet" system). The food was delicious, satisfying and varied.
7. Separately, I would like to mention the room service at the hotel. The prices are reasonable, and the food is very, very tasty, the portions are large. A great alternative to lunch or dinner. Prices are lower than in neighboring cafes.
8. The area around the hotel is well-groomed, beautiful. Especially in the evening, when the sun sets.
9. You can visit the gym and the swimming pool (heated) for free. Beach towels can be taken by the pool.
10. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, they try to understand and help you. You can also exchange currency at the reception.
11. The hotel also has an agency where you can book excursions, the tour operator also offers excursions, but some excursions are cheaper at the hotel.
About the cons:
1. There is no place to dry things (there is no balcony, there was no towel rail or dryer), of course, we did without it, but it wouldn't hurt.
2. Since the beach is urban, and not at the hotel, it was not cleaned so efficiently. Every day the sand was leveled with a special machine, and the garbage, unfortunately, was not cleaned.
3. I would like the transfer to the sea to go more often.

Right at the beginning I will write that I liked it, because, unfortunately, there are much more minuses than pluses.
1. The restaurant at the hotel where breakfast, lunch and dinner are held was simply struck on the spot by the variety of dishes and their taste qualities! If you are a lover of delicious food, then you are definitely here. Cooks try to put their whole soul and imagination. Especially delicious grilled dishes that were cooked right in front of us!
2. Location. The hotel is very conveniently located on a small hill, next to the central embankment on the Lagoon. The hotel has a beautiful view of the mountains from the main entrance. In the evening, you can walk along the embankment and admire the night city.
3. The hotel has a shuttle service to the beach and to the nearby mall. The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful.
The lobby is very stylish and cozy.
Then there will be disadvantages.
The hotel, especially the number of rooms, has long been in urgent need of major repairs. The carpets in the corridors and rooms are worn almost to holes in places. The furniture is all chipped and scratched. The windows are dirty and do not fully close, which is why small insects can enter the room. Because of the same reason, all the noise from the street is heard in the room. Our windows looked out onto the backyard where the air conditioning systems were buzzing all the time and we could hear trucks unloading.
It is very inconvenient to get to the outdoor pool.
There is practically no territory where you can take a walk.
Although at the dawn of its activity, the hotel was probably attractive.

Very nice hotel. We were on New Year's Eve and everything was stunningly decorated. We were in this hotel for the second time and I can firmly say that the renovation was done. The rooms are all fresh, cleaned, all shower accessories are there.
The breakfast is good, delicious.
A heated swimming pool, which is a pleasure to swim in.
There is a transfer to the sea twice a day. It takes 15-20 minutes on foot, and 3-5 minutes on the transfer. The beach is nice, clean, the water is cool.
There is also a shuttle service to the mall every evening.
Nearby there is a large supermarket where salads, kebabs and side dishes are made (this is a little the most), we ate there with pleasure. There are many cafes nearby and a large, beautiful embankment.

There is no alcohol, but knowledgeable tourists on the beach will tell you a place where you can buy (the larger the volume of purchase, the lower the price), offered a joint alcohol withdrawal, refused, so I don't know how it is in practice. There's not much to see in the city, but the sea is a fairy tale. The beach and the entrance to the sea are sand, for a very long time the depth is not great - ideal for children, it warms up like in the bathroom. The water is clean, even with a little excitement. It is better with your umbrellas, because there is little shade. Nearby is an inexpensive mini-market, fruits, dates - a very large selection, water, etc. Water is given 0.5 per person per day, juices, tea, coffee for breakfast, but nothing for lunch and dinner. It makes sense to immediately go to the store for water and sweets for tea. There is a kettle and tea utensils in the room. One bag of tea, coffee, a couple of sugars per day, per person. The end of November, the beginning of December - the weather is perfect. I would have flown here again.

The rooms were cleaned every day, water tea coffee, constantly replenished.
I asked for an iron, and they immediately brought me a dove with a smooth surface.a board.
There were no tensions on the part of the staff. The weather was wonderful, the sea was warm, the only thing that upset a few days on vacation.
I had a rest from January 30 to February 5.
I recommend staying at this hotel.
