I gave the iPhone 13 pro Max for repair. That was all it was - a broken back cover. The phone was working fine. After replacement, the display went out a day or two later and lit up more. They gave it back again - they said you dropped it and it was your own fault. If desired, do an examination and go to court. As a result, I got to 1000 rubles of repairs. Disgusting office - I do not recommend it.

And we were talking about Samsung's flagship. The funny thing is that it says on the Internet that this is the official service center of all models in the world. There's Samsung, iPhone, Huawei, and all the other models. A service without the ability to order spare parts for the flagship model, which is only 2 years old. It's kind of a paradox. You can't order spare parts for new models because there are no broken phones, and even "official" suppliers no longer have spare parts for 2-year-olds. Please contact me at your own risk, I personally will not return to a stony, dissatisfied face. I don't really want to see an employee cry again.

The Mi 9T was repaired , with a broken screen module . Two options were offered: repair using a non-original module (280 BYN), using the original module (350 BYN). They argued in the direction of the original that there would be a guarantee of the operation of the under - screen fingerprint scanner . They say it may not work with the original , but with the original anyway . I agreed to the original module . As a result, upon receipt, after a month of waiting in place of the promised week, the fingerprint scanner works 1 out of 50 touches. We rent it under warranty to them , they accept it without any problems . They said either a speck of dust got in , or the module was defective . Accepted , we are waiting , they are late again , by a week . We come to pick it up, the scanner employee will not work because of some "problems unrelated to the screen module". I can't prove that they did not install the original screen module for me , indiscriminately , but there is reason to think that way, it feels like they did not disassemble it at all after the warranty , and the problem remains the same (this is also felt by the characteristic activation of the sensor) . Result: 1. Not a high-quality job. 2. Not meeting deadlines from the word at all 3. Not the competence of employees

We did it quickly, but had to go back, because the work was done poorly and the phone started to hang and turn off, there was no such problem before. They assured me in every possible way that it wasn't them. We did it longer than promised, more than a week, with the promised deadlines of 3-4 days. Previously, before picking up the phone, I called to ask what was wrong with it. On the phone, the specialist behaved extremely rudely, shouted at me and gently sent me away. They took the phone as a result without a SIM card and a memory card (they all surrendered together). The young man said that it was not written in the package that they were there. "I don't have them" was all that was heard. Result: - The established deadlines do not correspond to reality. - Very rude attitude towards customers. I highly recommend not using the services of this service.
