Food is great. Perhaps one the best places for seafood lovers. Everything is fresh and delicious. Chairs are uncomfortable, especially terrace chairs which dont even have cushion. For the price their charge, they should certainly arrange comfortable chairs. Tables are too close to each other. Therefore, this restaurant is not a good place to discuss business over a meal, especially in the evenings. Given the fact that it is a seafood restaurant in a landlocked country the prices are expensive. Service is okay but all waiters have a smart ass attitude with zero service mind.

The worst service in all of Tashkent! We waited 2 hours for our food, and one simple salad took 3 hours to arrive. To make matters worse, the waiter didn’t even bring menus for the friends who joined us later — they had to wait another hour just to place an order. The staff clearly judge customers by their appearance; if you’re not dressed up, you’re doomed to wait endlessly.

The impressions of visiting the institution are very diverse. The establishment has two visitor areas: one inside and one outside. The long room on the ground floor of the apartment building, in which the covered part of La Mera is located, is zoned and divided into various thematic departments. Fish and seafood: aquariums with live fish and seafood, an ice table with freshly frozen products, refrigerators with caviar and frozen food, as well as several tables for visitors. Wine library: display walls-shelves displaying an assortment of wines and spirits. Island-type bar table and tables with standard seating. The remaining area inside the room is a space where there are no display cases with goods, and is intended solely for the accommodation of visitors. It includes three separate small segments, each of which has its own unique design. Two of them are passageways, and one is a room type. Everything is simpler with the street part: it is uniform in its style and design and successfully harmonizes with the facade of the building. As a result, we can note the following: Inside, at its core, it is rather a studio store equipped with tasting areas. The outside is purely a restaurant story. The cuisine here demonstrates a consistently high level. The service is attentive and tactful, good knowledge and understanding of the menu. This is a very interesting and unique place offering a wide range of fish, a variety of seafood, as well as cheeses and wines.

It's unusual, catchy, unique.... With such feelings you go to visit them. In fact, this is really not an ordinary seafood restaurant for our country. And that's it! For the novelty of the experience, I recommend visiting as a permanent place, most likely the price tag will be higher than the stars assigned to it. Inside, it looks more like a fish market (clean, tidy, but a bazaar. Everyone is bustling around, it's noisy, crowded, there's a busy road outside) a restaurant with such a price tag should be cozy and behind the scenes. Otherwise, why pay too much for wine and fish, if not for the way it is served and a pleasant pastime. The service is polite, they cook quickly (the fish is the same). It's like in a good bistro or a home cafe, but there's no inherent zest to the restaurant. That's why the high price tag is unjustified. Either create the prestige and prestige of the restaurant, or lower the prices. However, it's up to us, the visitors and the guests, to decide. Feel free to rate it.

I tried a lot of things, excellent oysters with a good assortment with cool additives, I took black cod for hot, bravo to the cook! It's very tender, juicy, and delicious! I said goodbye to wild rice, and I liked my favorite-grilled asparagus, soft, fresh and well cooked. I can't remember a restaurant where I liked everything as much as at La Mer on Shota Rustaveli. An amazing collection of wines, exquisite cheeses from Europe, the freshest seafood and excellent cuisine. The menu from the Mediterranean coast and the new one from the shores of the Pacific Ocean are beautifully executed! Every time, I enjoy the interiors of different halls, the service and the gastronomic delights. Wine can be ordered by the glass, it is not necessary to take the whole bottle. If you don't know how good it should be, I recommend you to get acquainted with this institution. It's not possible to cover everything here. Next time I'll take a photo and add it here.

I'd like to start by saying that we booked a place a week in advance in the Japanese gym. On March 7, because they didn't even expect to get to March 8. Upon arrival, we were escorted to a table near the kitchen door and the stairs leading to the bathroom, explaining that the girl who accepted the reservation did not know that the hall was occupied. At the entrance, it was clear that the hall was empty, when I left, I also noticed that it was also empty, although the girl who met us promised to transfer us as soon as there was an empty seat. Let's move on to the kitchen itself. It's better not to try lemonades. We tried all the positions, nothing. The crab salad was good, the salmon sashimi was good, the bread was delicious, and that was the end of the positive experience! They asked if there was a mushroom risotto, and they said there was. As a result, they brought seafood, after they refused it, they returned saying that Mushroom Risotto was no longer on the menu. Baked lobster was ordered in batches, the first batch was normal, two more servings were ordered - they were already cooked extremely poorly. Before today's visit, we had already tried wagyu sushi here, they were very tasty, but as a last resort, firstly, we did not specify when ordering whether they needed to be singed, and secondly, unfortunately, we also screwed up with sushi. I really like to try salmon steak in such establishments, in my subjective opinion, the sauce here is too salty and does not quite go with fish. And finally dessert. Mochi dough is not authentic. The strudel was served with lemon ice cream, I also think that the combination is not the most successful. You could have specified which ice cream to serve the strudel with. To sum up, for an institution of this level, in which the check per person exceeds $ 50 is extremely bad. An inexperienced and unassuming eater may like this place.
