We stayed at the hotel for a week. Friendly staff, cleaning and change of towels every day. Slippers, toothbrushes, etc. There is a kitchen and dishes. But it's better to take a knife and a cutting board with you. Breakfast is 3 boxes per person, and there was also enough for lunch. But they are monotonous, quickly tired, but you can eat. Buns, pita bread, omelette, sausages, pancakes, beans and vegetables. Tea and coffee. 0.5 water per person. Nearby there is a bus stop, a large supermarket Lulu. They also bought a transport card at the checkout. The replenishment terminal can be found at stops, but not at every one. But the 30 dirhams that were on the map were enough for us. The sea is 20 minutes away. I liked the hotel, and it was great to cook dinner and sleep. We recommend it!

In general, it is an ordinary hotel without frills. The breakfasts are custom-made in plastic dishes, edible, but the same every day. Settled with adventures. A room for three was paid for, and we just got an extra seat. The rooms are clean, cleaned at the first request. The staff is friendly, speaks English, and also speaks a little Russian. Cornice Beach is a 20-25 minute walk away. Taxi 10-14 dirhams. There is a large grocery+clothing store nearby.

Pros: convenient location, there are household appliances and a dryer, a hair dryer, replenish tea, coffee, water, daily cleaning, change of towels. Minuses: - it is inconvenient to cook, there is no cutting board and a normal knife, not to mention a grater, a teapot or a colander.; - back-to-back dishes, two cups (and we asked for the second one), two spoons, two forks, etc., there is a pot and a frying pan; - during Ramadan, breakfast was brought to the room, invariably ringing the doorbell between 7.10 and 7.50, despite the "do not disturb" sign; - four days of breakfast in a row - omelet (a day complete with vegetables, a day with fruits), you can cackle. But they also brought a lot of fresh pastries, warm them in the microwave, and that's great. In principle, the staff responded to requests, but it seemed to us that the price for accommodation was too high relative to the quality of services and conditions provided.

The location of the hotel is in the right area for me, so I have to stay at this hotel. The rooms are tired, the necessary appliances need to be requested in the kitchen, the cleaning is mediocre, COCKROACHES. But the most important disadvantage is the lack of human attitude towards the guests from the reception (a tall young man with glasses). On the last visit, there was an incident about the reservation (the aggregator did not pay the money to the hotel for our reservation, it turned out for several hours). The receptionist, seeing that the guests, tired after the flight, found themselves in such a situation, did not even offer a bottle of water, let alone any other help. And when the aggregator transferred the money, and we were checked into the room, there was no breakfast we had paid for in the morning (the administrator forgot to place an order for us)

Nice apartment hotel in the center of Abu Dhabi. There is no breakfast, but room service can be arranged in the morning. The main transport routes are nearby, so the location is quite convenient. They were in November 2024. We found old problems on previous visits, and this time we were pleasantly surprised by the positive changes! Floor lamps have been updated, the equipment is new: a washing machine, a kettle, a microwave, a stove, an extractor hood, everything works fine, the dishes were all new, there were even spatulas for cooking, there is a full-fledged dryer for things. The bed linen is also new, not worn out, the towels are snow-white, a full set and changed every day. Additional advantages of the room: very good sound insulation, only the occasional squeak of chairs on the floor was heard from the neighbors. Ventilation is good, there is always a feeling of oxygen, the air conditioner also works perfectly. Comfortable mattresses and, most rarely, comfortable pillows: low and medium height, soft, you get enough sleep. The staff began to respond much better to the client's requests, literally a minute after the call they brought everything they needed. Now the cons: the management clearly has some kind of idea about cleanliness, cleaning is done every day, floors, bath, toilet sink are washed well, but the bathroom tiles themselves are quite dirty! And it's a mystery to me why there was enough money for new appliances and upholstery, but not for curtains for the bathroom? The second and biggest evil is cockroaches ! the old problem, we solve it by moving to another room, They moved us quickly, on the same day, but the fact remains. The reception was also updated, they say the restaurant, but we were not there. The gym is small, but not bad. There are many stops in different parts of the city nearby, from there there are many direct buses to the sights. Just around the corner of the same building is an alcoholic beverage store, the assortment is excellent, alcohol from budget to comparatively premium. The WTC shopping center is nearby, not ultra full, but quite a few clothing stores and outlets, food courts and a large Lulu supermarket. A public free beach is within walking distance, unless you arrived in the infernal heat, but this is not the best beach relative to the contingent, although it is equipped, and there are no complaints about water / sand, sun beds and umbrellas are also rented. There is a 63 bus from Lulu along the entire beach line, where you can choose another beach. Summing up with regard to the hotel, I put 5 for the update and the efforts of the new management, but there are problems that need to be improved.

There were no towels in the room, I had to ask, they brought clean, but with stubborn stains, for a family of three, husband, wife and child, they put 1 shower gel, one shampoo + conditioner (the quality of shampoo and conditioner is terrible), a shower cap is also one, sticks, etc also for one, but two soaps) true, water was regularly given from the hotel, but it was necessary to additionally remind that we need water. The hotel itself looks old inside, there are ashtrays in the corridors, thank you that no one smoked on our floor. The room is huge, two-room + kitchen, lots of closets, but it would be better if it was perfectly clean, smaller. In general, my eyes are on the top three.
