The only branch in Bukhara. There's always a full house on weekends and after the holidays. For some reason, the queue at the checkout is without coupons and there is a fierce mess, crowding and crush. Always. It makes for a very unpleasant experience.. The bank's application works with varying success on all points, from transfers to card balance display. They have been constantly updating for 3 years now, but there is still a lot of work ahead..

The service in the bank is completely absent. My card does not work, I contacted the chat in the bank's application with a request to solve the problem, two hours later they replied that I should call the bank or email. It is impossible to get through, no one responds to the email. What kind of customer support is this and why do a chat in the app if no one there wants or can help with the customer's problem. I do not recommend this bank.
