The hotel is very beautiful and large. There are 2 swimming pools, one regular, the second with slides + there is a free spa, gym, children's room, events are held in the evening. The varied cuisine is very pleasing. The staff is polite and pleasant. The rooms are beautiful, there is everything for convenience + a free safe. Cleaning is done every day or at the request of vacationers. There are bars on site, where there is a decent alcohol card and a children's cocktail card. The beach is the second coastal, comfortable sun beds, there is also a bar, but without cocktails! With or without a child, it's great. Very tasty food, wonderful rooms with sea views! helpful and wonderful staff! We have been visiting this hotel for 6 years!!!! I always want to come back……

Good afternoon! I was vacationing with my family in June 2024 at the First Class Hotel 5*. I really liked the kitchen, the territory, and the excellent staff. The sea is close, there are pools and slides, rooms are cleaned daily. We arrived early in the morning and immediately checked into the room (Gulnar's manager was at the reception) we arrived three times and she remembers everyone, issues are resolved immediately on the spot. The restaurant is clean, there is a large assortment of fruits, meat, cheeses, cakes. I didn't like the animation and the animators, it's the same every day, the contests in the evening are almost the same. A nightclub is open daily from 23 o'clock, everything is fine there, but there is little Russian music.

Let's start with the fact that all booking sites indicate 5*. Indeed, 5* was assigned in 2005 and since then the hotel has never been renovated. At the moment, even a new fresh 3* is better than a First class 5* hotel.
1) interior. The rooms are simply dead: old furniture, pillowcases washed to the balls, waffle towels/blankets instead of blankets, about the bathroom -the edge of the countertop is chipped, as if someone had beaten their head against it, the tiles in the shower are mildewed. Also, in the evening, guests appear in the form of cockroaches.
2) the dining room. The food is delicious and varied. but! There is no waiting in line at the hot bar, there are not enough plates and cutlery. Air conditioners drip onto the table and food.
3) the territory. There is a Greek sauna that does not work forever, the stairs of the pools are wobbly.
4) staff. A very intrusive massage service and especially for leather/furs. Wherever you are, the guy from the furs will find you and start loading you with his offers to go to the factory. When he realizes that you are not his client, he starts being rude about "Russian fat Natasha"
5) vacationers. The hotel is mixed. There are a lot of Turks and Arabs who swim in public pools in national clothes (not specialized for swimming). There are a lot of children, the general noise level in the hotel is off the scale. These are mostly children of local vacationers (large families with children 1-3 years old).
6) the level of cleanliness. The air conditioners are not cleaned (in the rooms) and the dishes are not washed, but rinsed (on the beach). I caught SARS with my husband (I hope it's not covid).

We rested from 24.08 to 01.09 . The hotel is declared as 5 stars, but alas, it does not pull far from 5. Maximum of 3!!! The rooms are old, Personally, the shower fell off in our room and flushed down the toilet. Everything is dirty and old. There are paint stains everywhere. Guys who have been to a nice 5 star hotel, you will be shocked, just like us. But good weather + sea + cheerful company smoothed the rest. WiFi is paid, safe is paid, bar is paid. Alcohol until 23, and then the most interesting thing begins - a disco, where you already have to buy Alcohol. You won't stay hungry, of course, but there's not much variety. There is only water and diluted juice on the beach. I had to go to the hotel for beer. There are slides, but you need to climb them carefully, because the steps are all rusty. To be honest, the restaurant reminded me of a Soviet canteen, but we ate outside. The elevator will fly away!!! You can drive from the lobby to the 2nd floor for eternity, but you have time to think about life.

Hello everyone I was vacationing at the First Class Hotel 5* at the end of May 2024, alone.
I must say right away that my journey from Moscow, from home to a hotel room, took 12 hours. So, if you are not afraid of a long journey, go ahead!

With children I do NOT recommend. Choose other hotels.
There is a children's menu, but it is not enough. There is a children's pool, but it is very small, access to the sea is problematic for children. There is no pier of its own. (It's broken and there are only cobblestones at the moment.) There are enough sun beds, beach towels for $ 10 are a deposit, they are given in a hammam. They are changed 1 time in 3 days.
I bought it for $2 at the store. (it's lighter and already mine) The convenience stores have almost everything you need, but the prices..... in short, it's expensive.
The animation is not intrusive and for every taste. Sports: volleyball, water polo, aqua aerobics, yoga. Evening shows and lots of positivity)))
The hotel is Clubby, cheerful, compact, Budget 5* corresponds to: Price – Quality!
On nutrition, I'll say this: No frills, but there is a lot of food. It's delicious, varied, there's enough of everything, and no one went hungry. If you like to devour in three throats, choose other hotels.
If the hotel administration had strengthened the snacks in the snack bar by the pool - it would be just SUPER!!!

The beach is nearby, we went in aquashoos, everything is not so scary, if you go closer to the pier, then there are no plates. The water is warm and blue, but it was stormy for several days. In the evening, there is nothing much to do at the hotel, we walked around Kargicak and Mahmultar. I advise you to go to Alanya, buses run (30 min drive), visit Cleopatra beach, stop near the hotel. In general, we were satisfied with the rest, but if you have rested a lot and are picky, you are not here. If you are going for the sake of the warm sea and the sun at an adequate price, then you will not regret it.

Every evening there is an entertainment program for children and adults. The sea is next to the rods and the canopy. And of the cons... How to spoil your first impression of a vacation? Check into this hotel.
Before departure, we read new reviews and had already heard about this unpleasant girl from the reception, which we ended up with. According to the transfer, we arrived early, they didn't tell us anything and decided to check in right away. We also already knew that they prefer to move into Building B, which is older and more dead. We tell the girl that we want to live in the main building. He immediately says, pay 50 dollars extra. We naturally refused. They said, okay, there's a room, keep it. They sent us to the 8th floor, which you reach by elevator to 6, and then go up the back stairs a bunch of more flights. As a result, there's a dead room in the trash, under the very roof, the heat is unreal. The roof is at an angle, so you have to walk bent over in the room. With grief, they returned back to pay extra, so as not to spoil their vacation with such horrors. Immediately at the reception, the same guys were settled, who also had huge cockroaches in the same murdered room. They settled with an additional fee in a slightly better room, but also not the first freshness, but at least there was a good view of the sea from there. Pay extra for the safe and the Internet. But they do not warn that the Internet is distributed only to one device. So, cheat and make a distribution from the phone that you connected Wi-Fi to. The drawers in the room were all dirty, I didn't want to store anything in them. The door from the room was constantly jammed, the second or third time it just gave in and opened.

The beach is right across the street, you can walk on the ground, there is also an underground passage. There is a non-alcoholic bar on the beach and a nice man works who treated my leg after struggling with waves and rocks. The entrance to the water is pebbly, there are large stones. The sea is no longer the calmest, so it easily hits the rocks with waves. There are not so many people on the beach anymore, there has always been a free sunbed.
The hotel also has its own tour, which was recommended to us by the animators. It is inexpensive and definitely possible to go to it.
On the very first day, we also lost our backpacks with valuables, contacted the reception, "we don't know anything, we've never had this" and that's actually all. We asked the senior manager to look at the cameras, but no one told us anything, as long as we did not continue to ask.
We talked with many guests who were also unhappy. There is absolutely no smell of a 5-star hotel here. It can only be a stretch if 3. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's better to look at other options.

The main building is next to Sahil Street, and the entrance to it is not from the side of the street, but from the side of the alley. The drivers of the transfer buses do not know this, so they bring it here. It may be a surprise when you enter the building with your suitcases and children, where there is no one at the reception.
The undoubted advantage is the food. A day later there was grilled fish (dorada, sea bass, red), not counting meat dishes (chicken, turkey).
The service is normal, I have not heard anyone being rude to anyone. But the SPA staff are too intrusive.
Case B is quite worn out, the numbers are old. Two elevators that constantly break down, sometimes at the same time.
The sound insulation is poor - you can hear the chatter in the neighboring rooms.

There is a very busy road nearby, where motorcyclists and fans of loud music race at night. Almost all windows of Building B overlook this road.
The beach is across the street, there is an underground passage from the hotel. Pebbles, sun beds. There is a non-alcoholic bar on the beach, but it is open until 18-00.
The entrance to the water is not very good - large stones, a sharp drop in depth. There is a pier of the neighboring hotel nearby, you can jump from it.
There are some entertainment programs. The children's music was of the same type (songs of chu-chu-wa, aram-zam-zam), the adults were different, but the level was so-so (couples burst balloons in different poses).
There are swimming pools on the territory, a couple of water slides that work for an hour or two in the afternoon.

I didn't like the hotel at all.
We rest from 2.07-07.10.24. When checking in at night, there are rooms for only $ 50, they refused to check in without money. There are no normal rooms. Every night you can hear the disco until two or three in the morning. It is impossible to sleep.
There is no special variety in food. There is a lot of it for lunches and dinners in the first hour, in the second hour the plates are half empty and not replenished. The vending machines are constantly running out of juices, one or two are working at most. The coffee machine doesn't have all the coffee either. Milk chocolate and cocoa apparently do not exist for them and do not need to be replenished.
There are only cobblestones on the sea. Pebbles go into the water, all my legs hurt already.
The alcohol is some kind of burnt local. It's better not to drink whiskey here. Only beer is more or less.
The pool is cleaned in the evening only in the main building. In case B, it is constantly cloudy, it probably does not need to be cleaned.
Animation of course generally sucks. The contests are the same every time. Only tourists participate. No one is invited to speak at the hotel. Of the animators, only two speak Russian, the rest speak Turkish.
Few people in the hotel speak Russian either, although they are required to do so.

There is also another side of the coin that I really want to write. I always took shampoo , balm, soap with me, but here (the law of meanness) I forgot. We checked in by the evening of September 17, just rinsed under the shower before going to bed, on September 18, before dinner, I washed my hair and washed with a washcloth with the gel that was in the shower.And on September 19, in the morning, the neck and head began to itch, after breakfast the whole chest, stomach, arms, legs. First of all, I would like to highlight the staff. Due to the fact that many people have been working for years, they completely lack subordination, respect for tourists and an understanding that guests come to them and they are the ones who pay salaries so that they do their job efficiently.
One of the most striking examples is the animator Hakan, he is completely disbanded, and instead of his work he is busy with his personal life, exclusively trying to seduce vacationing girls at the hotel and is noticed by many for repeatedly spreading rumors, which is definitely unacceptable for the staff, especially the lowest level.
While he is working at the hotel, I would strongly recommend that everyone not send wives, girls, daughters, sisters alone to rest at this hotel.
Another disadvantage is the poor condition of the plumbing and the general condition of the rooms
There are also questions about cockroaches in the dining room and rooms above it and stray cats in the hotel, which, it seems to me, have marked all the furniture in the hotel lobby.
I would also like to note the lack of normal operation of beachboys and hotel security, strangers often come to the beach, who litter, occupy sun beds and interfere with the rest of the hotel residents. I was even told by one girl about an attempt to rape her, right on the beach.
It seems that the management does not deal with the staff at all, but it needs to be constantly engaged, otherwise they stop doing their job efficiently and decide that they are the owners here, and not employees.
There is also no animation as such in the hotel, while there are more animators on the staff of the hotel than anyone else, there is not even a volleyball net, so the hotel is suitable only for spending the night and eating or for those who come here to get drunk, there are also enough of them here.

The beach is kind of private, but any local resident can come there, as well as pebbles, many sun beds on the beach are broken, mattresses are worn out, the beach bar is only tea and coffee water.
Animation- employees give their best within the limits of what is allowed and permissible to know... But the fun is not varied... It is a pity that at times when the volleyball zone is free and the company wanted to play, we were told not to, and were allowed only at certain times when they had a volleyball game according to the plan.

We had a vacation with my husband from June 19 to June 26, 2023.
We really liked the hotel staff, the food and the friendly attitude. But, there is one disadvantage for many people - from 23.00 to 03.00, music from the disco, which is located on the territory of the hotel, is playing very loudly, it will not be possible to hide from this noise in any of the rooms. We didn't notice it on the second day, so it's not a minus for us, but I know for sure that not everyone is like that. Although we talked to many couples with children, they said that everyone was sleeping soundly and did not even hear the noise. So just in case, keep in mind.

We stayed at the hotel from March 12 to March 25, 2023. 2 adults and 3 children 8 years old, 6 years old and 1.5 years old.

The hotel is very nice!

We had a room on the 3rd floor with a sea view - perfect!!! Many people write that the rooms are old and tired, but we were lucky, everything was very good and beautiful.
The sea-from the hotel across the street you can use a pedestrian crosswalk and a 10-step staircase or through the underpass of the neighboring 4-star hotel. The entrance is quiet without any slippers, small pebbles.
The children swam at the end of March, despite the fact that the water temperature is 18 degrees and the air temperature is 20.
There is animation, despite the off-season! And it was very pleasant, we did not expect it. I advise the First Class Hotel to all unpretentious tourists, of course it is not a five in the usual sense, but a solid four.
It was a long drive to the hotel, but we knew where we were going, so we were ready for it. It took almost four hours to get there, given the long flight, of course, it was exhausting.

A big plus for me is a spacious beach, enough sun beds. We didn't have to get up early to borrow, we really rested. The sea is good, clean, small pebbles, but there were often waves. Alcohol is so-so, but you can drink it. There is always a disco in the evening, this is also a big plus for whom it is relevant. Of the cons: the animation is not very active. We saw darts, pool games, evening shows. There are a lot of local people, in my opinion, 95 percent of them. But, unlike the Arabs in Egypt, they are pleasant and friendly. Of course, the numbers. We constantly had something leaking in the bathroom, we did not call, but plumbers broke in to us all the time, did something there, left dirty rags and traces. It's not very pleasant. Cleaning in 10 days was a couple of times in total, and then, somehow imperceptibly, even the beds were not made, once they made figures out of towels and left a bunch of towels to use. And thanks for that. But the main disadvantage, honestly, I wanted to give the hotel three stars, these are cockroaches in the room... We saw them closer to departure, it was no longer relevant to change the number. Not a swarm, of course, but we ran through one or two evenings. We drive a lot, but this is the first time!!! It was very annoying. I must say right away, no food was brought to the room. They need to do something about it. If not for this circumstance, the impression would have remained different.

In general, it's not bad, in terms of everything being included, food for a very wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, sun beds are all inclusive, the staff is polite, but the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms leaves much to be desired, glass and mirror surfaces are not washed at all, the furniture is all stained, and ants in the rooms.

Economy hotel, you need to understand that this is not even close to 5 stars. There is no practical territory near a busy highway. Everything is old, rooms and common areas require at least general cleaning, and it is better to repair. A feeling of neglect in everything. Noisy, on the one hand a disco at night, on the other a road. Animation is stuck in the 90s
. From the pros, quite decent food, varied, delicious. The beach is across the street, pleasant, plenty of space, clear sea, small pebbles. The staff is friendly. A few intrusively offer spa services, but that's their job.
In general, if you do not consider the hotel as the main part of the rest, it is normal to eat and sleep.
