The food is delicious, the place is clean and beautiful, but the staff's attitude towards customers is terrible! They talk rudely, respond rudely and with sarcasm. Questions about the product are answered with a quote: "Oh, don't get smart!". And the requests of customers are simply ignored or start swearing. The staff also touches the products with their hands, without any gloves - how is that at all??? I understand that there are a lot of people coming, and the workload may be heavy, but we need to be disciplined, after all, we are all human beings. The review refers to a certain person who worked on the food distribution today and thanks to the employee who was at the checkout for her patience!

Delicious food, you can buy the first and inexpensive second, compote for +-10 rubles. I recommend it ;) I add to the review a year and a half later: The dining room was renovated in the summer of 2024, it became much better and more comfortable! And what is even more pleasing is that the repairs were not delayed and the prices for food did not rise, at least I did not notice. Special thanks to the staff for their patient and courteous attitude towards customers, for trying to serve them quickly. At lunchtime, from about one to two (from my experience), a lot of people come and the queue is long. But I've never let the staff down yet, the queue is moving at a normal speed, the music is playing, the menu is varied. Delicious food, great place!

Simple, delicious food. The portions are standard for the dining room. A varied menu. About five side dishes and more than six hot ones. The soup was very hot. A check for a full meal starting from seven rubles. I recommend.
