I am a non-conflictual person, this is the first time I have encountered this We ordered a sofa (> $2000), waited for it for 5 months, the production time increased (according to the contract, they had to notify us about this, which was not done), then we find out that the sofa is ready, but not in our fabric, in which we ordered (now we are assured that it is us according to another fabric was confirmed to them by phone; although calls from us began to arrive in their direction only after the deadline was delayed, we suggest making detailed calls, which the director does not agree to. They promised to redo it (so that we would get the sofa in our fabric) for two weeks, but in the end it turned out to be more than a month After an hour of clarifying all these situations, no adequate consensus was reached. Initially, they thought that this was a branch of the Savluks, as it became clear later, these were their partners. Therefore, if we had known that an art park would be opening at (Rogachevskaya, 2), we would have waited and ordered without intermediaries, and the sofa was already with us a long time ago.
