I recommend avoiding this store if you don't want to waste time and money. We had a very unpleasant experience of buying perfumes in 2024. We bought the perfume on September 21, on my wife's birthday. On September 22, they realized that the fragrance lasts just a few minutes and disappears, and the strength of the fragrance does not match the samples in the store. It is difficult to call a product of this quality a perfume in principle. On September 22, we sent a letter to the contact email with a description of our problem, to which we received a response promptly enough with a request to leave a phone number for communication. On September 23, I was contacted by phone, asked to come to the store and demonstrate the essence of the complaint, which I did on the same day. I complained directly to the store, asked the store staff (a girl and a young man who was our consultant) to test the durability of the fragrance - the staff agreed with me that the fragrance disappears almost immediately. They convinced me to leave the product and the receipt with them, saying that a senior manager was needed to return it. The next day, on September 24, a senior manager contacted me and tried to convince me that I, my wife, were liars, and his colleagues who accepted the goods yesterday made a mistake, and it would not be possible to issue a refund. We had to leave a complaint on the website http://consumerrights.ae/en/Pages/consumer-complaint.aspx In the late afternoon, I was contacted by phone, saying that they would make a refund, and the finance department would contact me for this. The next day, September 25, of course, no one contacted me, there was no reaction to messages in the mail and whatsapp. I'm not 100% sure, but this store has nothing to do with the official distribution of the L'artisan brand, at least no store in Dubai is listed on the official L'artisan website. At the same time, the store is decorated and positions itself as a boutique directly owned by the brand. Be careful and buy products from trusted sellers!
