On December 31, we arrived at the COVID Center at 7:30 a.m. The doctor's examination took place only at 8:30 a.m., and we were informed that there was a shift shift and there was not a single attending physician on duty at the time of waiting. There were children with seizures and high fever in the queue, which did not decrease, but they did not receive emergency medical care in a timely manner. This causes serious concern and raises big questions about the organization of the institution's work. In addition, there was a very strong smell of bleach in the rooms. My face itched and itched.It is extremely difficult for people with bronchitis, allergies and other respiratory problems to be in such conditions, and even more so for children. There is a feeling that no one thinks about the condition of patients and the acceptable conditions of stay in the wards. It seems that because of the holiday, doctors have allowed themselves to be on duty formally. But patients don't come to the hospital "for a holiday." We drove more than 20 km through Tashkent, and from 4 a.m. we toured hospitals while with a child with a high fever. I consider such carelessness, the absence of a doctor on duty and unsafe conditions of stay in an emergency medical facility unacceptable, especially when it comes to children and patients with urgent conditions. I ask the management to pay attention to the organization of shifts and conditions for patients.

Everyone there is nervous . The staff is particularly nervous. 😬 Doctors on medications should have told relatives right away , and not then to the sick patient . And another disadvantage is that if there is a shortage of medicines, they will take them from a neighbor in the ward without asking. It's better to pay for a separate room because of this. And it would be even better if they warned relatives about the patient 's discharge . Instead , they just discharged a person with pleurisy because the patient wants it that way and that 's it . At least the patient 's family was asked for permission or notified . Suddenly, the patient is insane and tries to escape from the hospital. Although in this hospital they even cook delicious food and treat patients .And it would be nice to add signs where which doctor is located, otherwise there are a lot of buildings, it's not clear where the doctor lives at all. And you can't ask the staff because they're very nervous. It would be better to immediately give a business card and the schedule of the attending physician . Otherwise , it 's hard to run around the buildings and search at all . You can't even enter some buildings 😵There are no words at all on how to search for them .
