I fell for the advertisement, transfer your number and you will have a tariff for 390 rubles unlimited minutes and 50 GB of Internet, when I asked how it gets connected in remote areas, I was assured no worse than the competitors, in fact it turned out to be completely zero, as soon as you leave the city, there is no connection at all. I repeat, I fell for the advertisement and connected two more SIM cards for my child and for work, but as soon as 2 months passed, the price increased from 390 rubles to 890 rubles, is it okay? And I was told that the promotion was only for two months. I asked them to block my work number, and in the support chat I spelled out in numbers which number should be removed, but those other literates are also working there, they blocked my child's number. The most interesting thing is that it took 4 days to resolve this issue, so the child had to stay out of touch for 4 days? No, of course, you and I somehow grew up without phones and other things, but now another country and other people are not talking about this, but a lot of accounts, a bank card, passes to educational institutions, groups in messengers, games, and so on have already been linked to the phone number. Waiting for 4 days was not an option, and of course the next day we connected to another operator (I note that it is more profitable, fast and convenient without any promotions, and the connection is much better). On the 4th day, the operator calls me and apologizes for taking a long time to resolve the issue, they just offered to try to restore the number and compensate 500 rubles, that's how they appreciated, to put it mildly, the gem that was delivered to me due to their negligence. That's how they value their customers, thank them, but personally, I'm tearing up everything related to T mobile and T bank. This situation can happen to anyone, so think about whether it's worth contacting this company. Personally, I don't recommend it to others either, the time and nerves spent are priceless!
