Especially for the Russian-speaking segment of the Internet. Never mess with them, crooks and deceivers. They took a deposit of 1000 dirhams in cash, a month later it starts, then they have holidays, then weekends, then the bank does not work, in general, when returning money, they require absurd information on the card and bank details. Even the bank's support service cannot provide this information, since it is not needed for a refund. Then they send me a message from this company that they tried to make a refund, but the details are incorrect and could not be returned. In correspondence with the bank's support service, I was given the answer that no one tried to return anything. Since then, the rental company has disappeared, they do not respond to correspondence, they do not enter into a dialogue. The crooks are real. Walk past them. They use the fact that it is now possible to throw Russians...

I found them through the OneClickDrive application, they had a lot of cars there, now I couldn't even find them. I needed a company where I could pay with a debit card and return the car at 10-11 pm. This firm was the only one that agreed. As it turned out, many companies work exclusively from 9-10 to 7-8 pm and do not have the opportunity to take or pick up the car later. We made out, drove the car, first they set us one price and painted it, then they increased it by 5% when paying, they say, for the return of the deposit and the bank commission, but they increased the entire cost, not the deposit. We took the car for a few days. On the day of the return, I write to return the car before 7 o'clock, we work until 7. I said that I would return at least at 9 pm. At about 9:30 we returned the car. We arrived with a terminal for payment, most likely fuel, but we had more than we took, since we filled up a full tank and did not travel so much. Additional payments were not taken from us. They said that they would return the deposit in 3 weeks. It was the end of February, they were supposed to return at the end of March. Next week is June. To transfer money, they asked to fill in exactly the list of fields for the transfer. These are used for sending in the client bank between the organization and the bank, why they did not fill it out is unclear. Filled it out. We had no fines, so the entire amount should be refunded. I have been in correspondence for two months. They threw off screenshots in very low quality, saying we transferred money. According to the bank, there were no transfer attempts. Then they said that the bank demanded an additional ifnormation, but not an account. They already had the information, why they asked - xs. Then there is no response from the bank, then the accountant got sick, etc. In general, now they are fed breakfast. The money was not transferred. According to their first screenshot, they did not return a 1000 dirhams deposit, but 945, that is, they also deducted 5%, which I paid on top, and not for the amount of the transfer, but for the amount of car rental. In general, I did not receive my deposit and I am unlikely to be able to receive it, while I do not have a Russian bank, and other refunds work. During the correspondence, they periodically delete messages.
