The toilet is as dirty and dark as possible. the trash can is overflowing so that personal hygiene products fall out of it, and toilet paper is lying all over the stall. The mood is spoiled by the fact that I was brazenly deceived. I'm not coming back here anymore. Upd. After five minutes, everything I ate was asked back. so not only can you spend money on food that you didn't take, but you can also get poisoned.

Is it difficult to understand that a person needs tea? Basically it's gesturing and insulting a person It was not only rude, but also humiliating! No respect for customers, especially for people with special needs. We were shocked by this attitude! As a result, we demanded a complaint book, but Tatiana did not comply with this requirement, as if she was afraid of the consequences for her inappropriate behavior. Such neglect is a complete lack of professionalism and respect for visitors. It's a pity that a cafe that could be a great place is suffering from such poor service.
