I ordered an air conditioner from this company. Upon delivery, I noticed a small dent on the case — an obvious factory defect in packaging or transportation. I was upset at first, but decided to write to the support service right away. The company's reaction was pleasantly surprised: no excuses, "this is not our case" or lengthy examinations. The manager apologized, promptly issued a replacement, and a couple of days later a new air conditioner was taken away — in perfect condition, with a full warranty. Upon receipt, we carefully checked everything together and made sure that the case was intact. Yes, it is unpleasant when a defective product arrives. But the way the company solved the problem — without nerves, bureaucracy and waste of time — deserves respect. It is clear that they value customers and are responsible for quality.

Thanks Trunk. Thank you for your help with the selection and delivery! A mobile air conditioner is a super solution to avoid suffering from heat and not investing a lot of resources on installation and purchase. It cools down quickly. The air flow direction, mode, and temperature can be adjusted. There is a timer and a remote control. On wheels: it will be convenient to move. Some wrote in the reviews that such devices are noisy, but after a regular fan, nothing is noiseless to me :) Easy to install. It was necessary to glue Velcro fasteners to the window, and put a cover on them to drain the hot air pipe. We are happy with the purchase and are not afraid of another heat wave :)
